We have had this fridge for two years. It is awesome Cools really well and the glass door feature is a big plus Would definitely recommend!!

Just 4 years old and needed all new compressor. Spoiled food , melted freezer contents, yay. The first 3 years were good enough. The light-up see through door thing is a novelty with little practicality

Bought 2 years ago, and had nothing but problems with it. Had repaired 9 times already, lost all my food one time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge in 2019. Its compressor went out in 2023. Luckily there was a 10 year warranty on the compressor. They came out and fixed it. Sending group technicians with a good customer.

I have owned my LG Refrigerator for 3 years. The 5 year warranty was a huge selling point or me. After researching thoroughly, the easy access door with lighted feature and the two ice makers, and high consumer ratings, convinced me to purchase. I recently had to have warranty service after the compressor failed. The service was easy to schedule and the tech was very courteous and professional. He had to update the circuit board after the compressor was installed and when it failed to update, he ordered another. The board was received the next day and installed promptly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Instaview refrigerator by LG and Already call so they can service it 2-3 times with in a kaps of 5 years. The product is very good when it’s working but it’s a nightmare when it’s only 2 years old and it needs an evaporator and 2 years later it needs a compressor and a condenser. Now my refrigerator makes a loud noise and it doesn’t go away.

I' very had this refrigeratir for around 3 weeks now. While it has taken some time to get adjusted to, I am loving it. I struggled with taking my condiments off the door and putting drinks in their place. Now that I'm used to it, it is so nice that the whole door doesn't have to be opened everytime we need a drink. The freezer has plenty of space. I am actually using my ice drawer as an organizer for my vegetables for now, but plan on changing that if I need more ice for a reason. I'm hoping I have this refrigeratir for a long time.

It’s the quietest, most energy-efficient refrigerator we ever purchased. We love the door in a door to have items that we routinely use: butter, cheese, milk, etc.

I have had this a couple of months and am completely thrilled with my decision to get this one! I love the easy acces door for things I use often. Having ice in the door and in the bottom drawer has turned out to be so useful when company is over..The French doors give me the wide shelves which easily hold a large sheet cake or full pan of lasagna! The fruit/vegie drawers operate smooth and the flat deli drawer makes it easy to find cheeses/lunch meats etc… and of course it looks awesome!

The whole family loves this fridge! We have had it since December 2019 and it has yet to disappoint. We love the front tap light and beverage door, makes grabbing a cold drink a breeze in our busy house. The dual ice makers are also amazing! Leaving ice for cold drinks in the door and a bin in the freezer to fill up our ice chest on the way to the lake. I couldn't say more great things about our LG fridge. Make the purchase, you will be so thankful you did!

The freezer drawer seal has a quarter inch gap along the entire top edge. We have defrosted the freezer 3X in 2 months. Service replaced the seal with a similar one. Photo shows chilled air reading with door closed.

They have met my needs of limited space in my kitchen allowing people to continue walking with the smaller door open. It’s nice to get quick access to frequently needed item, such as, milk, creamer, jam, butter, and blueberries and raspberry for my wife’s oatmeal. Also, awesome to tap on the window to see inside to see if you are running low on those frequently replaced items. It was on sale which just added to its benefit.

Bought this for new home. So much better than my side by side.

It’s been about 7 months since we purchased it and only had 1 problem with a loose water line inside the door. LG fixed within 24 hrs of calling for service. Outstanding!!

I got this fridge on a great deal over Memorial Day this year. I’ve had it since July and haven’t had any issues, I love it! The window in the front is super useful and I use it to store all my adult beverages, lol. The bottom row is tall enough for a bottle of wine if you’re wondering. I like how it has the ice and water in the door but also makes a tub of ice in the freezer. I use both often and it’s super convenient. This refrigerator will not disappoint

Went from a side by side and will never go back. Ice maker and water dispenser are great. No more hands in the ice bin. Love the knock knock door and see through without opening.

I bought this refrigerator based on the high ratings from Consumer Reports. So far quite pleased. Love the see thru door. No need to open to decide what beverage I want. Should help to lower energy consumption. Same goes for the ice and water dispenser. Had to open bottom drawer on my old machine to get ice. Wife loves the layout inside. Also very easy to correct any ice cube clumping on door dispenser. Has only happened once.

I bought this to replace a 10 yr old LG that failed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love being able to see what’s sitting in the door through the window and opening just the front panel to grab a quick drink or snack. Ice maker works great. Makes so much that I’ll never need to run to the store for a bag of ice for a party.

We bought this refrigerator about 2 months ago and have loved having it every day since! We added a lazy Susan on a couple of shelves and that has added to the usefulness of the spaces on the shelves even more. We love the ice maker/water dispenser. The ice cube shape and size are perfect. The freezer is great for seeing what is in each storage area. Great refrigerator!
