Love love this range

The burners seem to have inconsistent heat output. The racks are cheap and spaces so far apart that I can't put a pizza directly on them without the ends falling through. The racks don't slide in and out smoothly and have scratched the enamel of the oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking overall but the vent in the back should be redesigned so it doesn't show. Burners work well but the warmer should show that it lit up somehow. You can't tell if the warmer is on or not. Also all burner controls should have a on/off light. Have not used the oven yet so can't comment on that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted the gas version of this stove but my house is not set up for it and running a gas line up the kitchen was too much of a hassle. This range works great, the oven is huge so it takes a minute to warm up but the space is clearly optimized for oven capacity and the cooking is remarkably even. The storage is a bit less than what I had in my previous range but still adequate for my needs. I have not used the easy cleaning feature yet so I cannot comment on that. The stove top is sleek and not that easy to keep clean, but that doesn't bother me too much. As with many SS appliances, fingerprints and such show and it's a bit tricky to get in between the knobs to wipe them off but these are details, really. The range cooks great, looks high end and works well with the app for smart diagnosis.

Full of features and very easy to use. Keep working my way through all the different options! And the Easy Clean feature will save me lots of time and effort. Definitely a great buy!

We are extremely dissatisfied with this product. The Easy clean feature is bogus. It does not clean well. The glass door does not clean. The cook top had to be changed twice within 3 months of purchase. It is a lot of work to keep the cooktop clean. It feels like I am working for the range instead of the range working for me.

I am so disappointed with this purchase. I got rid of a 15 yr old stove that looked nicer then this one does 19 months later. The cook top is covered in scratches. I am quite meticulous with not scratching pans across my stove and I am the only one who cooks. The stainless around the top of the stove is scratched all over. The knobs turn on if you even slightly bump them; hello fire hazard. The knobs are also scratched and impossible to keep clean from fingermarks and water spots. The front of the stove also has scratches which is unbelievable; I have no idea how this would happen...it's actually chips out of the paint. This stove that I paid a good chunk of money for looks like I got it for free at the end of someone's driveway either that or a scratch and dent warehouse. There is no reason a stove this expensive should have so many scratches in under 2 years. It noticed scratches nearly immediately....of course aesthetics is not covered under the extended warranty! I will be staying away from LG appliances as my microwave that I purchased same day decides when and how it wants to work. Do yourself a favor, do not but black stainless steel from LG OR better yet don't buy any LG Appliances or electronics...I mean unless you like the scratch and dent look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range does a good job of cooking but after spending a significant out of money on this, I expected a little more. Here is the reasons I didn't give it 5 stars. #1 - I would really like to have some numbers on the oven so I can set the temperature on the oven without having to press the + or - key. The 2nd thing I would really like to have is a not so loud fan on the oven. The fan on the oven is very loud, you do remember that you have the oven on which is a good thing. Our old Oven was a dual oven and you could not even tell it was ever running it was so quiet. This oven you can tell it is running and the fan noise doesn't stop until it is completely cooled down. The third thing is, a Cooktop that is easier to clean. After cooking on the cooktop a few times, It has made marks and I even cleaning it everyday with cleaner.

When we ran a self clean cycle on this oven, the entire unit shut down and we could not get anything to happen. Troubleshot the problem to a PCB board and found that the replacement part was not compatible, too few connections on the replacement part. Their customer support was not able to provide help and it took me over 4 hours on the phone to determine that the part I needed had been DISCONTINUED! Inability to get parts and the inability to get good information online or over the phone is enough to turn me away from LG pretty much for good. Really disappointed with this product and the company behind it.

I bought this stove because it had one of the sooner delivery dates. A very beautiful appliance, but the knobs do turn very easily. Also easy to clean.

I bought two ranges this year, one for my main residence (in Wisconsin) and one for my second home in Arizona. This range replaced an older range from brand "K" that vented hot air into my Wisconsin kitchen. I got used to using my old range only during the cold months of the year because it heated up my kitchen so badly. I was really looking to find a range that didn't do this. Unfortunately, this range isn't it. The fan runs long after I turn off the range and emits hot air into the kitchen. The range I bought for my Arizona kitchen ("S" brand) is perfect and doesn't heat up my kitchen this way. I wish I had bought two of the "S" ranges.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy I stuck to my guns and bought all LG appliances for my new home. they are gorgeous and the warning signals are great. The refrigerator tells me when I have had the door open too long. The stove dings when my meal is finished or when the time is finished. It also dings a cute sound when the temp reaches it's goal. I love the features and the sounds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove came installed in our newly constructed home and I am quite disappointed. First, the Easy Clean feature is anything but. I do not find it easy and it does not seem to keep the oven clean. Another disappointing aspect of this range is that the range top "burners" do not seem to heat evenly as there is often a portion of the bottom of my pot/pan that gets burned with stuck-on food. Finally, I find the glass top hard to keep clean.
