[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s great for small loads but not heavy small loads meaning things that have thick fabrics. I’ve found it doesn’t ring that great with these fabrics. Overall I love it as it’s an extra wash option when needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an example of a useless product that nearly costs as much as the full machine. Leaves clothes soapy and is pretty impractical. I’ve used it once and haven’t used it since. Doubles the complexity of the hookups and hoses leaving the system vulnerable to leaks. Has been a major pain with respect to installation.

While the wash time is longer than that of the larger machine, especially with an extra rinse, this machine is perfect for exercise wear and delicates that could snag or be damaged in with other larger items or heavier cotton fabrics. Overall very happy for what its used for--saving time by washing two loads at the same time! The convenient soap "dispenser" (about silver-dollar sized silicone cup) prevents from using too much 'he' detergent and while the capacity is small (1-cu ft) it still washes small loads well and spins out a majority of the rinse water (at 700 RPM). I have estimated the approximate usable weight capacity to be about 3-ish pounds of clothing articles. (**I also estimate this to be about equivalent to 8 extra-large t-shirts--OR SO**) I also recommend the available magnetic remote control [model RCW1] for the added convenience of not having to stoop down to select settings and start/pause the machine. Hoping it remains as trouble-free as our last LG-built washer (sold under the Kenmore brand name but shipped from LG America) which only needed one repair in eleven years of continuous service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased about 3 months ago, absolutely love the washer / pedestal washer / And dryer. They work well together and separately as they should. The extra large capacity of the washer and dryer, with the pedestal washer available for all those delicate loads or small loads like baby clothes that are constantly dirty. Would purchase again, no complaint s this far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] DO NOT BUY THIS if you live in a farmhouse or in the country. Mice find that the sidekick housing is the PERFECT place to live and it is almost impossible to get rid of them. There is a hole in the bottom of the housing that they can squeeze under the machine and up into the motor. Finally was able to trap one outside the machine last year, but one this year didn’t find my traps, and after weeks of Groundhog Day level paranoia, I finally set out some poison and it had the AUDACITY to die INSIDE the motor of the sidekick, and now my whole house smells like decaying mouse. And there is no easy way to access that area of the sidekick. Absolute nightmare. Serious regret for buying this. Not worth it even a bit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now that I have this washer-I could NEVER live without it….it’s perfect, my dream machine…I use this so much …for sweaty work out clothes…for those wash separately items …fine and delicate washables, bathing suits and towel …it’s so versatile for small loads, it’s does an amazing job …I show and tell everyone about this ! I am surprised how many people have never heard of this washer ….I keep spreading the word! Every family needs one of these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought both the front load washer and pedestal washer over a month ago and love them. They are fantastic and the clothes come out perfect. I also love the little ice cream jingle that the washer plays when the load has finished washing.

I just bought the Sidekick washer, so excited to get it and love the idea of it. It does a good job but it doesn't drain. There is a lot of residual water under the tub after each wash, when I turn the tub by hand I can hear the water splashing. It starts to smell after a few hours. Service technician came by and said that's normal. I don't think it is, I think it will lead to mold issues. He told me to leave the door open at all times but if I do I won't be able to shut the laundry room door. I will try to return this washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this little wash machine. It fits under my washer so it does not take up any extra room. It could even set an a shelf if needed. It does a wonderful job for small loads.

I have clothes that I don’t want to go in the dryer or get washed in cold water. I hated running the main washer for just a couple things. This is great for that and I get to wear my nicer clothes more often.

Love the option of washing a couple of items. This little washer helps me get ALL the laundry done instead of waiting for a full load. Swimsuits, 4 favorite golf shirts, dog items and toddlers spills at the dinner table get washed much quicker. I feel a little spoiled but really enjoying it!
