Quick and easy
The app told me it was time to change out the filter, and the instructions were easy. A simple twist to unlock and the front is clearly labeled so you don't put it on backwards and snap it back in.

Easy and Works Great

Great service & price

Pleased!

Great Features

Even if I keep my kimchi in it, you can't smell it. My old refrigerator always had that smell, but this LG refrigerator with the air filter does such an excellent job. It was also easy to install and easy to replace.

EASY ORDERING
We LOVE our LG fridge we bought last fall. But, because of previous negative experiences (NOT LG) I dreaded the process of ordering replacement filters when the touch screen started flashing. BUT to my relief all I had to do was enter the model number! Now, I love it even more ❤️

Delivery time was lengthy, @ 2 weeks, considering the store...
Delivery time was lengthy, @ 2 weeks, considering the store had single packets. Ended up buying the single before the order arrived. Not worth the savings. Also surprised that there was no packaging only individual plastic bags that each filter came in.

Worth the Price of Admission
This is my second LG Washer and Dryer. The first set didn't break, but family needed some and I volunteered to replace mine so they could have it. The new set is really sleek and it's nice that like all the rest of my LG appliances I can manage it from my phone. Never knew how nice having phone access to your devices would be.
