THESE new lay flat sheets are very easy to install. I glued this down because light commercial bathroom. I have installed by just laying the sheet in w/o any glue or tape in rental house kitchen and there has been no issues. Looks great even if obviously not real tile. who cares. easy/waterproof/one day install instead of 3 days for real tile & grout.

Looks great but you get what you pay for. Meaning...
Looks great but you get what you pay for. Meaning that this is not heavy duty and will only last for a few years if put under heavy use. Appliances may tear this stuff if you just drag it over the surface, other then that it is easy to lay and looks nice.
