Just used it tonight, it could not heat up past 120 degrees , i want my money back

This is a great smoker. Perfect size for small family and small deck's. I would recommend this to friends and family. Installation: Instructions are a bit rudimentary and can be improved. However if you follow the images of the grill you can figure it out. Use: Its very simple to use. Put the pellets, turn it on set the temperature and it just works!! Smoke can be seen at low temperatures, you would not see that at high temperatures.

Cooks right good job easy to use after l got the hardware to put it together that was missing

I would recommend this if yo are looking for a small pellet smoker, in my case it was not big enough for a 16lb brisket.

Easy assembly. Hopper works really nice and feeds pellets smoothly. Smokes all types beautifully. So great having a unit that can self regulate the temperature.

Everything that was promised. Easy to assemble and operate. Takes up a lot less space compared to my smoker and grill. Reverse sear feature makes the best steaks. Intelligent design puts drip pan right below racks instead of in the back like most other grills. Easy to clean. The only negative things are a lack of a website to assist in cooking; assembly instructions are horrible, mostly words, few pictures. Also, the connection to the propane tank, sticks out and easily can be hooked removing a cover, so do it carefully.

Smoked some ribs and they came out perfect! Love my grill

Takes a little to get used to it but know I love it haha

Bought SCS- P1160 December 2018. I was so impressed that I purchased a scs p,20009 for my son in law.Great improvement over SCS- P1160 . Has shelf, larger cooking area , & round cooking drum . Temp is held with in 2 degrees . Great buy on sale .

Makes smoking and grilling a breeze. Using the temperature probe with digital reading facing my recliner on front porch sure makes it easy. And very tasty I would like to add
