Arrived early. It arrived earlier in the day when no one was home and put it in the drive way when no-one was home.. Comes on skid so to get it down to covered porch. 3 people. (Get Ideas on Youtube how to move a hot tub)Filled it plug it into 110v took 10 hours to heat to 104 degrees.. I got it in August 11,23 in is now December 20, 23 no issues. I have guardianship of my mother in law that’s disabled. I purchased her this to help her pain . I wish I purchased years earlier. She cried after the first use !! I didn’t expect the effect on her mental health. The next day she was more active than I’ve seen in years! Was a life changing event. Worth every penny . I had no idea of the impact it would have besides the heat therapy. I’m shocked and so happy and she is too. I’d place my hand on the Bible and repeat every word I wrote. Gregg H

I got this to replace a portable spa. Very easy to set up. Being about 250 lbs it wasn't to hard to handle with 3 guys.. Filled easily, I have it on 110 15 amp.. It heated the tub up to 104 in about 15 hours. Since then it has worked fine. Even used Home depot 1.5" pic pipe to build a cover remover.. I have used it every day since August 3rd.. Love it...

I needed to find a spa that would fit in a small space and this was it. It's a low-end model with basic jets but works great and we enjoy it just about every day. And we couldn't beat the price.

Perfect size for the two of us, we are moderate height and size (5'7" and 5'3"). It might be a big small for larger or taller people, and we wouldn't recomended it for four people. The 120v system works well on our existing circuit, and it comes with a GFCI already as part of the plug-in. Stays hot with minimal running. Recommend.

Had for week now, love it and use several times a day. Nothing better than an early morning soak and before bed. Sleeping better and my aching back is relieved.

After a year of use the spa runs constantly until reaches over heat and shuts off. Will not hold temperature just runs until over heat limit shuts down. Worked well until this issue. Also the waterfall valve for on and off failed as well and leaks. I need assistance with parts and diagnostics on the constant running issues. I’ve read this problem happens often we have a LS100DX model purchased from Home Depot online .

Oh my gosh we LOVE our new spa!!! I ordered it on Oct. 22 and received it on Nov. 17th!!!! Way sooner than the expected shipment date!!! I was hoping we could receive it by Christmas as a family gift, but was told by the manufacturer that the delivery date would be no sooner than the Jan15-19th date that Home Depot said upon ordering. I was surprisingly SHOCKED to get the text two weeks later that my spa had shipped. We are enjoying this gem twice a day and it is AWESOME!!! We like it about 100-101 degrees. Any temp above that is really too hot! It took about 20 hours to reach 101 degrees. It fits my family of three perfectly. It was bigger than I thought it was going to be. Some people said it was a little small, but it is plenty roomy for my family. I bought it for 1/4 off the regular price. You can’t beat the price for the quality of this spa. The jets and waterfall works great. I don’t see ANY cons with this product. Very simple to use and maintain. Just 1/4 tsp of chlorine granules daily after each use and a weekly stabilizer. The cover insulates well and keeps the spa ready when you want to use it. Because of Covid this year, we like a lot of folks had to cancel our summer vacation. We decided to use the money we didn’t spend on vacation for this purchase and I’m so glad we did! We are going to enjoy this spa daily, hopefully for many years to come! Highly recommend!!!

So far, so good. We moved it to the back yard by pulling it on a tarp. Just fill and plug in. Jets work well. Took about 24 hours to get up to temp. Happy.

Perfect! It fit through the front door, easy to set up and use. We are in it every day!

We have had our spa since Feb. 2018. So happy we took the time to look and research "portable" spas. The blow up kind with motor on side was what we thought was are only option. We have 110 electric and the jets on this is awesome. Delivery went great, we put it on a flat board with four wheels and wheeled it down our walk. (It had rained soooo much that week). Most of all our electric bill did not shock or make me cry..(maybe twenty to thirty dollars more.) Little but mighty. You must check your water every time you use it, being it is not a great amount of water. Also like any tub or pool don't lotion up or be dirty.Thats just shortens the life span of your water. it is more a two person hot tub. My only wish is I could turn a jet more upward toward neck. We are so pleased every thing smooth. little/mighty! Mj

we really like this hot tub as a starter hot tub. it's easy to maintain. It is really a 2 person tub and 3 is a stretch but 4 people are very very crammed in this tub. the only downside is that in order to heat the tub the same motor used to power the jets has to turn on periodically to heat the tub. Incredible hot tub for the price, would definitely recommend. One negative is there are no cup holders, takes a day or so to heat up in the winter, about half that time in summer months. Very happy with my order.

Delivered to my door. Easy to setup. Fill it up and plug it in. I have had it 2 months. Works great. Seems to be made well. Only downside is that it is a small hot tub; but, it is a great value for the money.

We bought this Spa in 2017 and it is now July 2018. It was delivered 10/10/17 and they backed the truck right up to our back porch. We filled it up, plugged it in, and have been using it almost every day/night. It is great to start my days off of work with a soak, loosen up my stiff joints. We go in most nights, love the lights changing colors to fit the mood. Each seat features a different configuration of jets, we enjoy moving from seat to seat and getting different feelings. Great to sit in while watching sports on TV. It has been easy to maintain, the directions for balancing the chemicals are very useful. We are happy that it is 110 volt(no special wiring required) and doesn't use a lot of electricity.

This is AWESOME!!! VERY EASY to set-up and maintain. My wife and I have been in LOVE with this since we got it around October of last year. We use this on average every day for relaxation and for aches and pains. This was our Christmas gift to each other. THIS IS THE BEST INVESTMENT WE HAVE DONE!

The two men that delivered this spa were wonderful. They moved it to the side yard and arranged it just how I wanted it. I filled it up and plugged it in. I have it in a sheltered area and it stays at 103 degrees. I like the way the seats are designed and the overall look of the spa.

We have had our hot tub for 9 months now and love it! Not only is it easy to use, easy to set up, easy to keep clean and easy on the electric bill. I would recommend cleaning the filter once a week (not monthly) otherwise we have had no issues at all. It was truly plug and play!

I purchased mine in January and ended up receiving it two weeks early. That’s great service! Then I got it home and set it up on my open patio, filled and powered up. It was 22 degrees outside and tub reached 103 degrees within 36 hours! That’s 36 hours quicker than forecasted. This tub is very easy to maintain, comfortable, and actually better than expected. I use mine for pain management as well as relaxation.

The hardest part was getting a simple 120-VAC outlet installed - I hate attic crawl spaces! It is STILL unclear what the code requirements are for this spa - so I didn't ask! Code says ALL outdoor outlets must be GFCI but the Spa Docs say to NOT plug the GFCI-equipped cable that comes with it into a GFCI outlet! Oh well, I ran two 15 amp circuits, one with GFCI and one without - one for the coffee pot and one for the spa! The GFCI cable end is large enough so that it blocks the second outlet on a standard duplex outlet and with the spa plugged in all the time there is not much risk of plugging it in the wrong receptacle. It is safe even if it does technically violate the electrical code. Oh, did I say the spa works great!? Slid it into place, laid some outdoor carpet over the cement floor patio, pushed the steps up to it, filled it with water and poof magic spa was working great! Nice bubbles and pretty rainbow light my six year old loves! Took about 3-4 days to balance out the chemicals for our local water supply. It has been in use daily since we plugged it in - about 3 weeks now.. While the rating says four people, it really fits one large person well with room for a wife and small child or two. For us, a perfect fit!

This is the best spa for the money you can get. I did a lot of research prior to making this purchase and i could not be more satisfied. it's a true plug and play hot tub. I chose to build a base for drainage purposes and leveling, then set the tub, filled it up and plugged it in. I've been relaxing every since. It's truly therapeutic.

I won't get into the horror story we experienced in ordering this spa between HD and our bank. The only benefit we got after all the SNAFU's was we were able to get the spa at at a reduced price when we were forced to reorder the spa (twice!) and there was a price drop during that time frame. Now, for the spa itself. We have had it for just over a month now. First off, we didn't get exactly what was advertised. Ad said 'graphite jets' and we got stainless. Not a biggy. Delivery service just put it in our garage. I was able to put the spa on it's side and slide it into position without too much trouble. Overall, spa is good and appears to be well constructed. Controls are easy to use. We have found that the space, or lack thereof, for 4 people (as noted by other reviewers) is not our 'biggest' problem. My wife and I are both about 5'7" and about 210 to 220 lbs. With the level set to just a couple of inches above the filter inlet, the level rises to just below the waterfall outlet when we get in. Finding 'foot room' for additional people is the least of our problems! I have seen others complain about the spa getting to a temp above what they set. I think the problem is that sometimes the spa starts up automatically to raise the temp and then shortly thereafter comes on again for a programmed filter cycle which also raises the temp. Not sure how to force these two cycles to coincide and not raise the temp excessively. Still waiting for my first electric bill after getting the spa to see the cost. Cover seems good and keeps the temp up fairly well to prevent excessive cycling. For new spa owners, like myself, be prepared to become a chemist! Our local pool supply outfit does free water analysis, since we buy the chemicals from them but, it has been a tad frustrating getting the chemistry just right. The manual is pretty specific about the chemistry but, your pool place may not see things the same way. Need to get them on the same page. God only knows that the manual has about 100 places that say if you don't follow the manual the warranty is void! I am hopeful that within another month I will have the chemistry control down pat and be able to enjoy this spa several times a week.

VERY NICE JUST BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE CHEMICALS YOU USE TO TREAT WATER. STICK WITH CHLORINE BASED ANYTHING ELSE DISCOLORS THE TUB VERY BAD. CALLED WATKINS WHICH IS WHO MAKES THE TUB AND THEY SAID ANYTHING OTHER THAN CHLORINE BASED HAS TENDENCY TO DO THAT, I SAID WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAD THAT IN THE OWNERS MANUAL. ANYWAY AFTER A FEW HOURS OF SCRUBBING AND FILLING AND REFILLING THE TUB 3 TIMES ,GOT MOST OFF, NOW USING CHLORINE BASED AND IS FINE BUT WAS TRYING TO STAY AWAY FROM THAT ,HAD I KNOWN I MAY NOT HAVE PURCHASED THE TUB. ALSO TENDS TO OVERHEAT ALOT WHEN WEATHER TEMPS ARE HIGH EVEN WHEN TEMP SET AT 80 STILL GETS UP TO 108, AND I HAVE MINE UNDER A GAZEBO HATE TO SEE WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE IF UNDER DIRECT SUNLIGHT. GREAT PRICE EASY TO MOVE WITH 2 PEOPLE, NICE BEING 110V SO CAN JUST PLUG IN WITH NO HARDWIRING.

We placed the tub inside our basement. I couldn't be happier with the deal we got on this jem . Was so easy to set up and literally in 24hrs we were soaking it up.

My wife and I purchased this hot tub on the Black Friday in spring sale. I read all the reviews on here before purchasing and was worried about a few things, but for $2000 it was worth the risk. Now that we have it and it's been set up for three days we are pleased so far that we took the plunge. The truck driver put it in our driveway. Myself and a male neighbor carried it to my porch and put it in a hole in the floor that used to house a hot tub that was wired for 220. I had a 110 line ran earlier in the week because you're not allowed to use extension cords for this hot tub. I have a natural spring on my property and that is what I used to fill the hot tub up with. The water from the spring registered 43° on the hot tub thermometer. It took approximately 48 hours to reach 104° which is the maximum setting for the hot tub. Some previous reviews stated that even though they set the hot tub to 104° it would only reach 102° to 103°. This is not the case with mine, it has stayed between 105° and 106° constantly once it heated up. The waterfall works nicely, the small LED light lights up the entire tub at night and the jets I think are more than sufficient. I do think it would be a little crowded with four adults ( everyone's feet would touch) but for my wife and I it is the perfect size. The tub turns on and off automatically for heating purposes and filter cycles. All you need to worry about is turning the jets on and off whenever you get in and leave the tub. So like I said, so far so good.
