The feel of the fabric is soft but the overall feel of the chair is hard. Over time it may soften up but then you have the construction of the chair that does not feel stable. The three parts that lock into eachother will move and creak when you sit down. Would not recommend this product.

Really nice chairs not real soft. But comfortable plenty of support. Love that custions do not come off.. .

The color looks more bluish and it looks cheap.

Price was right, purchased set, sofa, love seat, and chair. compact in size what we wanted. Very firm, expected based on previous reviews. Had some difficulty fitting the pieces together. bottom corners on love seat had small tears. Color is not dark grey but looks nice.

Pretty heavy duty, easy assemble with 2 people no bolts or screws just slides together. 1/4 the cost of similar in a furniture store.

The name of the color and the picture of the chair online are not coffee/brown. Very upset that these chairs were not the color as shown online. These chairs were green

Quality is good. Easy to Assemble and was done in 5 minutes. Wish I had known this product long time back and I would have bought it then. Great product.

I don't k now how to rate something you can't see fully. It was in boxes and not set up and the wrong color.

It was easy to assemble but I have concerns about how well it is going to hold up to normal household use.

I got the chair for my mother's room. She and her room are small. It fits perfectly, it's beautiful with the decor, it's very comfortable, looks like the online photo and we assembled it. Durability will have to serve the test of time, but we are optimistic!

Nice chair for the price

Great looking chairs!

Good quality (especially for the price) and very easy to assemble. Also seems fairly scratch resistant - I have a cat and a dog who jump up and down from it often and I've yet to see any scratch marks. My only complaint is that the color is misleading - it looks much more like a blueish green, not really grey at all, but it did at least match the color of the couch and overall it definitely exceeded my expectations given the price.

Easy to put together and very sturdy. Color is more of a blue gray rather than dark gray.
