I ordered the whole set so imagine my disappointment when this one piece came without the back!

This couch was so disappointing! We spent a lot of money getting this couch, matching chair, end tables, & coffee table! The color of these couches are NOT grey! They are an icky icky greenish color which does not go with anything in our home! Now we're having to look for covers to cover up this ugly green color! It looks NOTHING like the advertised grey color here! Never again!!!!

The seats are very hard but they look good. Wanted smaller chairs from what I had and they are. We did have to help the driver get the boxes to the porch they were pretty heavy for her to do by herself. Never dealt with customer service so can't really rate.

This arm chair is just what I was looking for. It is the perfect size for my small living room, I like the color and microfiber fabric as well as the firmness of the cushions. It feels sturdy once put together and is a good value buy. I’m replacing a bonded leather chair and loveseat that started peeling and these were just about the same size.The things I don’t like are: 1. The seat and back cushion aren’t removable 2. Assembly is odd. No screws or fasteners. Just metal plates sliding into slots that would have been easier with two people, but I managed to do it myself and 3. A minor complaint, but the legs are plastic, but because they are black or dark brown, they are pretty much unnoticeable.

My daughter's apartment has a narrow staircase getting furniture to her apartment is very hard. This furniture line assembles by snapping in to brackets no tools needed. Great and comfortable.

Quality good for the price I paid. I was excited to open the box and assemble the pieces. It was disappointing to find out that the backrest piece was missing. So now I’m going through the hassle of fixing this problem with Home Depot.

These chairs are on the smaller side, but work well for the space I needed them for. For $169+ tax, they are not a horrible option. I’m not sure how long they will hold up, but they will only get occasional use in our home. I would not recommend them for a family with small children, or someone wanting an everyday seating option. All in all, I’m happy with this purchase.

The Lifestyle Solutions Wesley Dark Grey Microfiber with Rolled Arm Chair is lightweight and easy to assemble. The chair is just the right height and provides the necessary comfort for my mother. Although there was really no hardware it does take two people to put it together and line everything up. I do love the material and they are very comfortable.

I was sent two of the same arm rest on the 4 seat sofa and it has been a nightmare to get the right one. I tried calling HOME DEPOT but the said “THEY COULD NOT FIND MY PURCHASE” i will never buy from you guys again

This was a nice chair and good quality and price but it was a lot smaller than I expected and the color was a little more teal-grey than a medium or dark grey. It looked like what I wanted on the Home Depot website but in person it was not exactly what I wanted. I was able to easily return it at my local Home Depot. I found a chair that I liked better on the Living Spaces website for about $95 more.

I like the color, the style and shape. The seat is very, very, firm. I think a little too firm. But, maybe it won't get saggy because it I is so firm. Im using thr word "firm" instead of "hard" to be positive.

Had to shim one leg to have the chair sit level. Good other wise.

It's the perfect chair for a little reading nook. It was easy to assemble and I'm not very handy.
