Fairly easy to build with the app they recommend. The paper instructions are a bit lacking and vague. Good solid construction. Good for our small-ish driveway. Kids like the 7.5 foot setting.

Took a while to get here since it was backordered, but now I know why. This hoop is awesome. Set up wasn't too difficult and not all that time consuming. Super sturdy and well made. During installation I was a little concerned about the plastic wheels and not sure how easy it would be to move around. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how effortless it is to tilt the sucker forward and move with ease. Looking forward to a summer full of hoop shooting!!

I purchased this hoop for my ten year old nephew. Before buying this model, I spoke with a representative who was informative, friendly and professional, which helped with my decision. The basketball hoop is high quality and well made. It was easy to assemble and the directions are easily understood.

I would not recommend this basketball hoop. When my product arrived we were missing 1/2 the pieces to assemble it. Lifetime was quick to send the missing parts. Once put together my son (14) played on it for less than an hour before the bolts came all the way through the backboard. I called again and they sent me another backboard. I am only giving this hoop a 2/5 star rating because Lifetime tried to make it right. But overall quality and value are very poor!

Good product. Study. Good for kids. Adults can use it, too, but I don't recommend any slam dunks.

Great product

The basketball net itself is great for young kids (7yo loves it) and is much sturdier than the low-end stuff they sell at automotive stores. But, a couple of annoying things keep it from five stars. One, the instructions were a pain to follow at times. Pictures don't always match the descriptions, but logic generally will dictate which to follow. Also, when I filled it with water it leaked where the pole was erected, so I suspect snapping it into place puts too much stress on the plastic base and split it at the seam. Some spray-on leak seal fixed that, though.

Product came in perfect condition. Assembly was doable with one person. Hardest part to do alone was attaching the hoop and baseboard to the pole assembly. I still need dry sand to use as an anchor, but for now 3 concrete blocks suffice.

Took two hours to assemble. I wish I had gotten a larger backboard but overall my kids love it and so do I.

Great solid product. Assembly is about 2-3 hours. It helps if you have an extra person to help you attach the backboard (but one person is also possible).

I gave this hoop as a birthday gift to my two granddaughters. My son and his wife assembled it and they said it was not that difficult to assemble. I just wished that the base was a bit bigger to support the whole hoop. My son had to put two additional concrete blocks over the base.

I will never purchase a hoop from you again. There wasn't 1 piece that went together as it should. Also it's so out of whack i can't even finish assembling it.

A great gift for anyone who loves basketball.

I bought this on 3/28/2020 and it took me and my father in law over three hours to put together.....the instructions don’t make any sense at all and I can’t recall how many I had to go back and unscrew something because of unclear instructions.For future reference, how about putting all the parts you are going to need in a specific step in the same numbered bag (like lego’s do), that way we don’t have to go through three separate bags to find the correct part for a specific step....otherwise, so far the kids love it. It keeps them active in the backyard during this quarantine period !!!

I bought a basket ball net from Lifetime for my 5 year old grandson for Christmas. Unfortunately the box arrived torn up and taped back together. Quite a few parts were missing. I had initial contact with "Terry" on 12/23/19, within 18 hours(on 12/24) replacement parts had been ordered. All this on Christmas eve nonetheless!! I'd recommend your company to a friend, and can't express how grateful I am to "Terry" for facilitating getting my very disappointed grandson some satisfaction in knowing his net will be assembled and ready to use sooner than he thinks. I bought the hoop on August 2019, it’s worth the money for it. It’s sturdy, so far no issues. My 10 year old boy is enjoying it with his friends. It was very easy to put things together, took 2 hours done by myself. The only suggestion is to pay close attention to the instructions and the video. In terms of longevity I have to test it this winter. I strongly recommend this product.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago. I always complain, because the majority of the companies do not have good assembly instructions included, but these were wonderful. I would recommend reading all of them first, though. I didn't do that and I messed up. Not only is the Lifetime product perfect for us, but they, also, have one of the nicest, most helpful customer service departments I've ever dealt with!

Quite easy to put together. Have only had it up for a couple of months so we’ll see how it fairs.

It was worth the work putting sand in the base. Kids and I enjoy using it almost every day. Good value for the money.

We bought this a few months ago. About 3 months into it, the back panel screw holes broke and the support bracket is no longer holding the back panel. To have the support brackets screw into PLASTIC is pretty unreasonably cheap -- the ball constantly hits the backboard and will obviously weaken the plastic and the bolts will pop off. For this to last only a few months is pretty sad. It was not weather beaten, either.
