Me and my husband put it together! It is nice except the 2 front panels by the door were bowing out a little. I called customer service and they are sending me 2 support brackets! It has lots of room for all my outside yard stuff!

I bought this last year and was totally impressed with how well everything fit together and the sturdiness of the shed when finished. The instructions suggested that three people assemble it, I put it together by myself ! I thought it was fun !

My husband and I love this shed! It is sturdy, well-made and good looking. It was fairly easy to assemble especially with video instructions! I'm sure we would have been extremely frustrated without the videos! As a technical writer, I was impressed with the attention to detail your manual and videos provided. My husband was impressed with the packaging of individual parts designated for each section and the way every part fit exactly as designed. It definitely takes two adults to assemble, and some patience, but the finished product was worth all the work.

Excellent customer service and exceptional product. This is my second shed from Lifetime.

Overall the shed fit and finish is good. I thought the included shelf was poorly made/designed.

I bought this in December and have just started putting it together. I found a part missing and called Lifetime. Customer Service was very receipting and knowledgeable then sent me a new one.

Outstanding Customer Service call today. First time having any need to callFor any service or warranty item. Called identify the product told the agent what I needed and was being shipped and I should receive in a couple days. Total time less than seven minutes I even called a girlfriend to tell her how amazed I was in this day and age to get such outstanding customer service! Sincerely appreciate great service.

It would be nice to have a little tighter seal on the doors; they seem like a child’s playhouse door. Other than that it’s a great shed for the price!

Love our new sheds.. easy to assemble...durable. The stripping that came with the sheds was too big. Called the company and in 24 hours pieces were at our door. Great customer service!

1) Trusses come in too many pieces. These should be substantially pre-assembled. 2) The hundreds of screws that fasten the plastic together are a bit short for easiest assembly. 3) The slot system that attaches the walls to the floor needs redesigning at the corners. 4) Connections between the back wall and gable is too flexible. Vertical stiffeners would help. They stop short as it is currently manufactured. 5) "Christmas tree" type automotive panel fasteners would speed assembly. 6) A structural floor system would be a welcome option.. 7) Slots at door openings need a continuous cover for an improved appearance.

Nice Little Shed , Instructions are a little Vague at times and make sure it is on a level surface if you want the doors to close

The shed was okay. Not happy with the company that put it together. They left boxes and parts laying around the back yard. Said they couldn’t put it together because pad was not level. They only needed to get door to close. Left parts and screws in the boxes in the yard. Not sure why they didn’t finish. Just left and I didn’t even know they were leaving.

We bought this shed for our cottage. It is just the perfect size to store our garden tools, water toys, and other things. It was nice that it came with a shelf and tracks with hooks to maximize storage space

Over priced but great shed. Real nice shed. Sheds real nice.

Great product and price point. I recommend viewing the YouTube assembly video and having two persons helping with the gable and roof install.

I am so impressed with after sales customer care where the team were efficient in resolving an issue I had with a shed door. A replacement part was issued well within the allocated time frame. The doors are separating from above the door hinges and also the installers from your company didn't install the roof panels properly because you can soon the overlaps are not very secure.

Shed itself it really good, holding up well so far with Texas Summer with 108 temp. However setting it up was not an easy task. Instructions needs to be updated and made easier to follow. with current instructions it takes more than a day to assemble everything by two people, but with proper instructions it could be done in 8 hours, if we had to do it again we now know how to set it up. Also Base is very important, we choose to pour concrete and keep it flat as it was very important step to start and make sure surface is very flat. Slight difference in surface flatness with cause doors not to be aligned and will require shimming of opposite end for door that is not aligning, also more metal bar support for front and side wall would make it more sterdy and avoid warping of rasin walls over the time, so I thin more metal bar supports would certainly help in long run. Sky lights are not clear but hazy and there is no way to change.

I purchased this 10+ years ago. I had a part of the door break and called up to see if I could purchase a new part to fix. They not only had the part but shipped me 2 for free!! Customer service is still alive with Lifetime. Don't hesitate to buy Lifetime!!

I have an older shed with a broken handle. When I asked if lifetime still had parts available, they researched and not only did they have them in stock, they sent replacements under warranty! Outstanding!
