I bought this to replace a failing number code lock. This is great in concept but the screen fails to activate on first touch, Bluetooth connection is hit or miss.

My LOCKLY is awesome with its biometric scanner it is super fast to enter my garage in any weather! We have scans of everyone who needs access in the family and you can share a temporary code with expiration! Super cool since my best friend needed a tool while I was over 1000 miles away on vacation.

I find it not very user friendly. My wife struggles with the circles moving on the screen and I see now setting to change that.

I bought three before this one and I had to return them back to the manufacturer once I bought this one beautiful system easy to set work properly

What I like, it's very easy to install. Works great for security. What I hate, welcome mode, always resetting. What I wish, please get the proximity portion working soon

I had reservations being that I didn’t hear about this brand much. But to the point, this lock was simple to install. Easy to set up the smart features. And has excellent smart features that are actually useful. The fingerprint sensor hides on the side, I love this. And it captures my finger every time. That’s probably the best part aside from the smart features. It seems to be built well. Handle turns nice. I’ve had it for a few weeks now. I have literally nothing bad to say about it.

Great lock, allows for multiple quick access fingerprint entry, along with a unique combination code system. Also has a backup key entry in case the batteries die. We also have the lock set up with Wi-Fi which sends notifications to your phone to allow you to know when your door is open, and who opened the door when entering. Could be improved, but definitely a high quality smart lock system

This is my first time having a digital lock. I love it. I feel safer and its easy to operate.

I really like it except one thing it’s got a pretty bad flaw. If it’s too awfully cold, the screen won’t come on and I’m talking like it was 12° here yesterday and screen wouldn’t come up enough for me to even see it. Also if the sun is directly shining on it, it’s not bright enough for you to see the numbers. They need to make it brighter or give you the ability to make some kind of adjustment for it.

The product is of very high quality and the after-sales service is excellent.

Bought the lock a month ago and am not sure about keeping on this door .

We bought a Secure Plus when it first came out with the WiFi option. It was pretty good, but the children had issues with the finger sensor. The door sensor was a bit bulky and requires a AAA battery to be changed out occasionally. The front panel went out about three years in. I bought a new Secure Plus, and i have to say it has better functionality. The fingerprint reader has drastically improved and has been tested using children's fingerprints. The bolt mechanism is quieter and faster, possibly using less battery draw. A new door sensor connects directly to the base, doesn't require a battery, and blends in well with the door. The installation was easy. The app detected the new Lockly and connected to the WiFi and sensor without an issue. The firmware update was still a bit slow, but it went smoothly. Of course, I couldn't transfer my fingerprints, but re-adding them was simple and seemed easier than before. Overall, this was a good investment, and I am looking forward to years of use. I suggest this product over the competition as it has been quite stable and never stopped working.

I bought this lock to replace a Schlage keypad lever lock. Although this lock is 3x the price of the Schlage, it’s many more time the quality and features. Well worth the money.

I bought this about a year ago. It works flawlessly! I can open remotely easily if needed, get a record of anyone opening the door with timestamp, and how they unlocked (fingerprint, code, etc.) In my opinion the best lock when security and access matters!

Contractor recommended and had two of these installed, love all the features and ease of use, the app is intuitive and easy to use. Only would have liked a deadbolt version of this with the same look and features, you pay a little more but worth it in the long run

This is a lifesaver when I can remotely open to allow guest or repairmen into my home.

I bought this a month ago and couldn't be happier. Wish I did it sooner. The instructions are great and is very easy to install. It is extremely convenient to not be having to buy more keys because my kids kept loosing their keys. Love this lock!

I purchased this lock over a month ago to put on my barn. The lock has worked flawlessly since being installed.

I am so happy we have this lock! No need to worry about keys and you have the option to remote unlock or provide temporary access codes to guests or delivery staff ...

The product itself is great; however, the first one I purchased started to consume the batteries very quickly. It'd drain the Duracell batteries in 4 months. I used the high-end Optimum version so it's even better than the regular Duracell ones. Once I submitted the warranty claim, they said it's malfunction due to the electronics so it's a 2 years vs 5 years had it been mechanical. They only offered a discount on the replacement lock. My parents purchased a different brand, and got a free replacement after 6 years of use, so their warranty is much better. I have the replacement now for 1.5 years, and still on the original batteries, so I think this one will be ok. Other than the warranty, I am very happy with this lock due to the features, build quality, and style.
