Well constructed. Should last me for the rest of my life.

Twice I have ordered the 40ft ladder 300lb; twice it has been damaged in transit. The 2nd time, yesterday (04/29) Paul stated looked good to go; today (4/30) call from Paul they came out, but did not come down driveway because ladder was again damaged in transit, so he placed it on damage refusal. HD just cannot deliver ladders I guess… customer service has been nice, not much they can do; shout out to Mags at the Boerne location, she is a sweet heart.

Excellent ladder well made, I've used it fully extended and it was very stable. It has mety needs wonderfully.

You delivered the wrong ladder. Never got the 50 foot ladder.

I needed a 40' ladder. And that is what it is. Have not used it yet, only have had it @ 5 days.

This ladder works great. My son said, he likes this s ladder a lot better than the last one he was using. He feels a lot safer climbing to the top of roofs. To clean Solar Panels. Thank you

This thing is terrible broke on the first use. They got plastic ladder brackets ridiculous for a 300 pound rated ladder. they are currently being returned.

Why the F would it cost more for a 16 foot ladder than it would a 20??? Just pulling prices out of thin air... Johnny homeowner will pay for it.

For $548 ladder you got a plastic lock machanism, feel limpsy and cheap. Im only 140 lbs but did not feel safe with that plastic lock at all lets alone 150 lbs and up people. So disappointed.

Delivery and quality of the product was terrible. Overall extremely disappointing experience.

Great ladder and I put a stabilizer with it which made a huge safety difference.

This 32 ft ladder is manageable by one operator, excellent choice over the heavier models.

I really feel safe on this ladder. The cheaper Werner was not worth it and had plastic holders for the top that look like it could break at any second. This is a much better value and will last so much longer.

easy to use and set up. had no problems. was deliverd with a dent in it. doesn't hurt the performance though
