This topper gives absolutely no support. Its way to soft. Started waking up with a sore back. Wish i could return.

The topper never expanded and had to be returned

Made my back pain significantly worse, causing pain in parts of my back that had never hurt before. Also holds a lot of heat - but I would put up with that if it hadn't hurt my back so badly.

I bought this to help my lower back pain. Sleeping on this topper has caused pain throughout my ENTIRE back. Sinks into a trough which is nearly impossible to get out of.

Is very comfy!!! I let mine expand for about 8 hours it did fully, which was unexpected because they say give it 24 so yes get it...!!!

The topper was comfortable at first, but very hot. About 6 months in, the topper began losing it's cloudlike feel, so I had to flip and turn it often. This helped for a while, but in Feb 2024, the topper had completely lost its bounce and would flatten fairly quickly. I had to roll over to the other side of the bed that wasn't flat, but the problem was, it's hard to roll 4 inches uphill! Sleeping on this topper became too much of a fight, so I gave up. Lasted a year and 2 months.

Mattress had a funny smell & I got very warm laying on it.
