BUYER BEWARE!! After less than 1.5 years of having this flooring installed, we’re experiencing severe discoloration on the panels as well as chipping and peeling on the panel corners. Should have returned upon installation when the click and lock was breaking. I’ve tried to contact Lucida customer service, but they do not answer or return calls/emails. I now see that this flooring has been discontinued. Do not purchase from this company!!

At first, I was really happy with his floor in the kitchen, thinking that it was beautiful and would be ideal for this heavy traffic area. This was in October ‘22. Now, I’m really unhappy with the floor because it’s a struggle to clean and, unlike other LVP floors in our home, it just doesn’t come clean. I have used Pine-Sol as recommended by the manufacturer in front of the sink, the stove, and the door, it’s continues to get worse. I used a mop and a commercial scrubbed without heat and with a soft pad on it.

Bought 5 packages and randomized as suggested. Tiles don't look anything like the sample that I had to purchase. The sample does not show the cloudy textured finish layer.Some tiles are significantly darker. The system is relatively hard to install as the whole row needs to be tilted and slipped into the previous run. Fragile corners and tongues. Ended up breaking several tiles.

The quality and look is impeccable! We used it for a stage in our church and it opened it up so beautifully. Definitely a great touch.

I installed this flooring myself in my kitchen/laundry room a few weeks ago. It went together fairly easy although you have to line them up exactly to get them to snap together and lay flat which was irritating. Don’t even bother buying the installation tool kit. You will just break the edges of the tiles trying to use it and the tiles wont click together if they’re lying flat anyway so the tools are useless. Other tiles snap together much easier and are much more forgiving. I ordered 12 boxes and 1 of them must have been a lighter color. You can’t tell when you lie them next to eacother but once they’re installed it’s obvious and it looks bad. The worst part about theses tiles is that they scratch VERY easily. I didn’t realize this until after the job was done and now I’m stuck. Dropped a tool? Scratched. Moved your fridge or any other appliance? Scratched. Slide literaly anything across the floor at all? Scratched. These tiles are not durable at all and have no place being on a floor. The only use for these would be if you were installing them on the ceiling and even then they would probably somehow still get scratched. I don’t expect these to last even a year

This stuff is great. Looks great feels great on the feet, easy to clean. Love it! But it’s ludicrous to try to install this with a utility knife. You really do need actual tools - I found this stuff easy to work with, but I have a full range of power tools. At least get a jigsaw if you don’t want to go all out. Well worth the money in saved frustration.

The locking design was not very good. Had difficulty getting to remain locked

This floor is impossible to clean Would not recommend! All the little grooves have to be scrubbed with a brush, takes a very long time to clean. Even bought a floor mopping/washing robot & nothing.

Exceeded my expectations in every regard and looks phenomenal.

I complained before about the sample not matching the actual color of texture but here's more: -not scratch resistant at all (cabinets and dishwasher left marks from being pushed into position) -complete floor needs to be taken out after a little over a year because multiple tiles are coming apart and broke off the connections DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Tiles themselves are nice and thick and the built-in underlayment is quality. However, the locking grooves are flimsy and break easily. We're going to have to return the product because the lock is hard to engage, and then when you tap the planks into place the groves often break off. The product has far too many issues for the price.

This was absolutely the worst flooring I've ever had to install. The locking tabs broke extremely easy causing several scrap pieces. The tile only has about 4 or 5 different looking designs so there is a lot of repetition in the flooring. That said, it would be very pretty with more variation. The only positive I really have about this tile is that once it finally does go together, it does not come apart easily...I just hope that the locking tab doesn't break off of a tile in a previous row. You have to remove the entire row (sometimes causing more damage to tabs) to replace the one tile.

The tongues are basically made of spaghetti noodles and snap so easily not worth the money.

I’m a contractor installing floors over 30 years… never experienced so many tongues just falling apart during installation. Use something else

The product looked good, but the installers gave us the run around about installing, so we returned everything. We truly like the employees at our local Paducah KY Home Depot. We always get the best service and are treated like family. However this is the second time we have had trouble with flooring due to the corporate offices or outside people such as the installers.

Quite easy to install. Simple to cut pieces, and cut out areas for utility connection such as dryer outlet vent. LOVE the finished look

Excellent quality, easy to install

After installing ~800 sqft of EarthWerks vinyl plank tile, I purchased Lucida Surfaces tile to refloor a bathroom. The tile looked beautiful and had good specifications. Installation of the tile was a nightmare. The click-lock ends didn't click into place and separated when installing the next tile. The click lock edges were fragile and broke off when trying to tap tiles into place. I trashed the tile after seeing all the gaps that had re-opened as I worked. Waste of time and money,

These floors are “rated” for light commerical and residential and after just a day that is proven to be false. Even when installing I could tell these floors where not going to be what they said they where. Bought 11 boxes think i had about a whole box all together that was chiped and cracked. Very hard to clean had to scrub on my hands and knees to get clean. This is a very poor product and should not be rated for light commercial use. Especially after all the scratches and dings that are in the floor after just a week of it being down. Very disappointed in this floor. Dont get me wrong it looks great it is just a terrible quality and I will be sure to never purchase this brand again for any of my homes or rentals. Yes i get it there are white so they are gonna get dirty but dont you think being able to clean it would be a little easier then having to scrub the floor on your hands and knees? I will be reaching out to said comkany as well so they understand these concerns.

Too much black/gray design in it expected little lass color on it. Otherwise it is extreme good product. Looks nice. Wish it had less black and dark gray colors. Some tiles has too much black design.

Love the floors my 3rd order

Being wheelchair bound I drive everywhere. Planks have started to have a warped effect. My rubber tires have actually scratched up the floor. Dropped a bag of ice and it dented/scratched flooring. Scratch proof-NOPE. Water stains even after mopping, steaming, and Clorox spot treatment. I wouldn’t buy, save yourself and learn from my purchase.

They were different in color/size/Texture (White/off-white, Smooth/Rough). Tiles Vary 1mm and won't click together correctly. Had to check each tile before installation. Return was painful too. Spent 1.5 Months, 20 Hours with an associate for return

Tiles are prepared in batch. If got 2 different batch and there is slight difference in size of tiles 1mm and also color and texture of the tiles vary a little - some are white smooth, some are offwhite, rought I ordered around 82 boxes and had to check each tile. After that too much follow up to return…not happy with purchase

High quality vinyl tile and love the look, but was more challenging to install than other vinyl plank flooring

the worst in vinyl tile, the edges break easily, I do not recommend it.thats the only problem.

I loved the samples that received, looked like real marble. Had deep beige and grey veins, as is also pictured in the Lucida Terracore advertisement above. When received actual product, only had VERY pale grey veins through out each piece. Although it was still nice, and excellent quality, it was not what I was expecting. Would love to have flooring that actually looks like the SAMPLES, to install in my kitchen & bathrooms, but do not want to take the chance on ordering again and have to return.

Looks great. Really easy to install.
