Looked high and low for a reasonably priced, not overly complicated programmable dimmer, and this fit the bill. Sure you have to buy the bridge, but for what you are getting its a set-it and forget it product. The app is easy to use, and programs are easy to set-up, installation was easy, no special parts required. Wanted to have my lights come on at night at a certain time if we are home or not. Since we have VERY bright LEDs in on our exterior, I created a separate program so at 10 they dim a bit more, and at 2 AM they shut off and come back on at 630. Took all of 5 minutes to program, and maybe 10 minutes for each light switch. DONT FORGET TO BUY THE BRIDGE IF YOU WANT TO PROGRAM THESE.

The switch works well and I had it hooked up in a few minutes. I had to call tech support to help link the remote. Guess I missed those instructions on the wiring diagram: hold the off button on switch for 6 secs, then the center button on remote for 6.

I started purchasing the Caseta Dimmers and remotes to have a light switch at the top of our stairs going to the basement. Wiring a three-way switch on that wall would not have been simple since it is a plastered wall on brick with no space between. I replaced the existing light switch located in the basement with this dimmer and purchased the Remote to go with it which I located at the top of the stairs with the wall mount. You would never know it was just a remote. This dimmer is extremely easy to install as there are only two wires and no neutral wire needed to connect. When I purchased the non-dimmer version of the switch it required a neutral wire to be connected and became a crowded mess inside the box.

It was super easy to swap out with my existing dimmers, however I don't know if it would be a lot harder to set up if I didn't already have the lutron hub already set up by another company already though

I have been working myself through smart device after smart device and the Lutron lighting accessories have been working flawlessly with the Lutron app. No other smart device I have tried comes close. The Lutron are the most expensive of the lot, but this is one of those cases where you get what you pay for.

Very easy to install. Really like the dim settings

I bought these dimmers so i can control from my phone and set auto on/ off schedules. The really annoying aspect is you cannot set a favorite light level from the wall unit when turning on like you can with the standard dimmer or more expensive dimmer. It should be a basic function they could have offered but instead gets you to pay a higher price if you want this feature.

These switches are great except for the fact that the dimmer switches don’t let you set a favorite brightness. Only the Pico remotes and fan speed controllers do. Seems like an oversight for a switch at this price point. So you turn them on them dim them down instead of just turning them on to the desired brightness. Other than that they look great, are easy to install, work great, interface with Alexa, app works great, etc.

I have five of these installed in my home now and I love them. Very easy to wire and even simpler to connect to my Google Home. They work flawlessly

You need a lutron bridge to use this on your phone or smart home devices. This switch is a huge rip off and I will be returning it tomorrow.

Very good smart technology switches that will turn on a light with just the sound of your voice when the setup is just right. I used the Apple home app.
