Excellent product especially install with Lutron Caseta system. Products are reliable. Caseta system software are user friendly and very reliable. We are very happy with Lutron automation products. Highly recommended if you have the budget!

Good but not Great
The biggest issue with this switch is finding the right button in the dark. With a regular switch you can do it by feel. With this one, both buttons feel the same. Otherwise it works fine. I'd give more details but HD only allows super short reviews.

Works great and is connected to Google Home App that allows me to control all google home devices. You have to make sure there is a nuetral line or this switch wont work. If there is no nuetral line use Dimmer it doesnt require one

The device works fine. Although, the point of this device is automation. Expensive device with a bad application is disappointing. Exhaustive efforts made into linking with wifi without success. Returned it.
Cheaper competitor went seamlessly.

Requires neutral wire
I do not get it. Lutron Dimmer does not require a neutral wire, but this one does? Why? There are plenty of smart switches which require neutral for much less cost.

Thank you for asking about our switch requiring a neutral connection. The PD-6ANS requires a neutral to function correctly and helps the switch have a lower minimum load requirement. We do offer the PD-5WS-DV which does not require the neutral connection. Completely reliable
I have several of Caseta devices and they just work. No “crashes”. No trouble. No difficulty in installing. Don’t buy the Leviton brand. Spend a few extra dollars and get into Caseta by Lutron and have confidence it will always work.
I bought a Leviton and am sorry for wasting my time and money on it.

Hands Down the Best
I have tried numerous smart switches over the years probably spending over $500 on different ones. From Zwave to WiFi and never been more dissatisfied with them. Let me tell you the Caseta system changed the game for me. These switches are silent, yes you heard that right completely silent. They don’t make that loud switch noise when turning them on remotely. It was driving my OCD crazy to not find any that didn’t do this. These are the best. Pricey but so so worth it. You won’t be disappointed with the Lutron Caseta system.

Use these switches if you have a smart bulb, a disk till dawn, a motion sensing light or other types of variable load type lighting fixtures you want to use with a Lutron ecosystem setup. Those types of fixtures will confuse the standard Lutron switches which require a consistent minimum load.
This switch has a much lower minimum load.

These switches worked well with my existing wiring and will almost all my lights. Some LED replacement for florescent fixtures didn't work but it was only 3 units out of 70. Over all very happy with the quality and simplicity of use.

DONT FORGET THE HUB!!!!
They dont tell you untill you go to install the dang software to connect that you HAVE to have thier $80 bridge to hook this thing up! Total waste of time since stores dont have any in stock but plenty of $50 switches that you cant hook phone to..... thanks....
