Perfect fan for our outdoor kitchen area. Very quiet!

Nice, attractive, remote controlled fan that functions well but moves very little air. Could sense little air movement, even on maximum speed.

Minka Aire fans were awesome, great colors, functioned flawlessly!

Separately purchased 3 fans & replaced 2 within 10 months. Fans on covered patio & run all day. 3-4 months in 2 begin to randomly slow down & stop/start every day until motor stops. 1st fan we thought it was a bad motor & exchanged it. The replacement lasted 4 months before it displayed the same issues. Contacted our install electrician to check & make sure there were no electrical issues. It’s just a poorly manufactured over priced fan. We will take another fan to exchange & hope for better

They are beautiful and big fans, but do not move as much air as they should. At level 6, you only feel the movement if you’re right under it sadly. I bought 12 of these to be installed in my 4 gyms and sadly I am underwhelmed.

Fan install was easy and typical. Easy to accomplish alone. Fan moves some air but not as much as I expected. It will work and I am happy with purchase. Would by again.

Produces no air very disappointed. We put 6 in open shop and 2 more in 4 the bay all 8 on high and you can't feel any air moving. Build said nothing they can do because we installed and manufacturer said they wouldn't do anything because the fans were spinning so that meant they were working. Now we're buying a different fan from someone else where 1 fan will outproduce all of them.

This fan lasted about 1.5 years in a covered/screened porch with an insulated roof Started making a grinding noise Was told it was a receiver - which made no sense - and Minka wouldn’t cover under the warranty Even though it was still under warranty It’s not the receiver - now it’s grinding and squeaking and it won’t go over the 2nd speed adjustment Junk

Great Fan!! This fan really moves the air in our private gym.....Very stylish and easy to use remote. We have 15 foot ceilings in our gym.

I had never heard of Minka-Zaire fans before……they/re BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! I just moved to Florida from Illinois and purchased 5 Minka-Aire fans for my new house. All in brushed nickel different sizes depending on location.

Quit working after 1 month.

The fan looks fantastic, but so disappointing. This 84 inch fan puts out very little air, even on the highest setting. We would have been better off buying two smaller fans than this one large fan.

Have had this fan for a little over a year and already making horrible noises. Called home depot and they were no help. Payed 500 dollars was hoping it would last longer

I’ve had two go thru a hurricane cat 5 and hold up

There is nothing “extreme” about this product. It has an absolutely tiny motor that failed 14 months after install, only a 12 month warranty, plastic blades, and is very cheaply made. Replaced it with a Progress Lighting outdoor fan, 10 times the quality, aluminum blades, and a lifetime warranty in the motor. Learned my $500 lesson, hopefully you dont have to learn it.

We love this large outdoor fan! It has a modern look to the blades and really moves the air with all the speed selections. We use the reverse setting as well to lift up smoke from the nearby BBQ. The light is very bright when you need it.

Very disappointed in the air it moves.

It’s a great size for our back patio. The multiple speeds is good for a little breeze or lots of air movement. Would definitely recommend!

Even at max speed and a 2ft downrod on an 11.5ft pergola this thing is barely sufficient to cool anything. It is pretty and quiet and stable but functionally useless. And yes the center plate fell off, about a day after professional installation.

Beautiful fan, super quiet, and contrary to other reviews this fan puts off quite a bit of air! Might be buying 2 more for outside!

Not very easy to put together

The fan arrived earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. We had a professional install so it seemed easy for him to put together. We got the rubbed bronze and it is a rich deep color almost dark brown. The fan is quiet and the remote is a plus to adjust the speeds. We've had for almost a month, it meets our expectations.

Love the fan. I have two of them in shop I’m just worried about the durability of them one of the motors went out of one and had to return it! Hopefully no more issues

Very nice fan quiet & puts out a lot of air. Easy to install looks good in the great room with 15 ft. high ceilings.
