The wooden parts that "hold the bed up" broke within a week of having it. Just sitting on my bed like i normally would, im 180lbs so ... which is crazy because the review o read that made me buy it said it was super sturdy. Im going to use pallet wood to replace the broken parts. The metal part of the bed itself is nice though, kind of a shame. Idk why the wooden parts wouldnt be sold as metal instead.

I received this bed frame and it was chipped on one corner. They also sent the bed frame without the legs or hardware in the box. I had to wait 3 weeks for the company to send me the missing pieces. The bed frame is extremely squeaky and I was missing a piece of hardware to secure the middle support leg. I wouldn't recommend this bed frame nor this company. I have reached out about filing a claim and provided images of the damages/flaws and they have not contacted me back.

Way too hard to assemble, and the slats kept falling out. I would not buy this again.

Tools that came with the bed (for convenience) did not even for the screws that are for the center support beam. It’s not made of flimsy material but if you want it to not wiggle and make clanky sounds make sure to have your own toolkit.

Easy to set up and comfortable.

Very sturdy, have owned for 3 weeks now and no squeaking. Read all directions before assembling and make sure you know the orientation of the middle bar (I messed up and needed to backtrack a little). Only gripe is some of the metal pieces are pinched or slightly bent- although it is not noticeable at all once it is constructed with the bed on it. I would recommend and buy their product again.

The slats didn't fit at all. Highly disappointed.

Make sure the boards are turned the right way!

Assembly instructions were a bit difficult to follow (and took me over 4 hours assembling alone), however, once assembled, it was everything I was looking for

Easy to put together. doesnt squeak at all!!! Only down side to the bed frame is that it doesnt have holes to attach a head board but we drilled our own

The boards on the bed are not strong enough to support the mattress. They bend to easily and snap.

The bed frame had two holes without texture and consequently the screws would not screw into the hole. I ended up zip tie-ing the two pieces together. The frame was a pain to put together.

This product arrived in a tall box, with the four metal sides, legs, packages of wood slats and plastic connectors (the four stars is because we were short one connector) and hardware. Metal pieces are sturdy and the powder coating is consistent. The instructions were detailed, and it was relatively easy to assemble the frame, although two people and a ratcheting Allen wrench made it much easier for us. It's taller than other frames (top of the wood slats sits at 12.5"), so a mattress designed for use without a box spring is at a comfortable height, and you can easily fit narrow storage boxes under it. We have tall furniture, so ended up putting the bed boxes back under our Tempurpedic mattress and now have a bed that sits quite high. We bought this to replace an ugly traditional metal frame are are happy with it, but are eventually planning to put a wood bed with headboard around it.

It arrived with dents, bent rails and chipping paint. Cheaply made. Kept it out of necessity.

Love it! Mattress stays in place with the sides of the frame about an inch higher than the slats. Bedding looks neat without a bed skirt.

Is great quality!

The frame was difficult to build because the holes where the screws were supposed to go did not line up. The screws did not fit the holes that were premade (the hole was too small for the screw) and there were other pieces lodged into one of the panels that appeared that were used for the welding process still left in the same places. We had to remove those pieces and find smaller screws that would fit.

We love the bent wood spring slats! It is a beautiful addition to the simple design. Our dog loves that there is room under the bed for him.

Squeaks from the wood pallets. Super comfortable. I have a Lull bed and was using the metal frame for the king size and noticed a huge difference with my sleeping. Great product. Easy to build. I have had it for month or so now.

The bed took exceptionally long to put together and many of the holes were in the wrong places.

Wooden slats broke immediately. One cannot even kneel on the corner of the bed without breaking a slat. Very disappointed in this product.
