The hook looks nice, but there were missing pieces. The installation directions mention using a wall template to help line up the holes for drilling, and that was not included in the package.

Since the Moen YB0403BG Align Single Robe Hook in Brushed Gold is a Single Post mounting application, you would use a level and the mounting post with the “UP” arrow pointing to the ceiling to mark the locations to drill. TBH, even though I’ve purchased the complete set of MOEN Align bathroom fixtures and towel bars, I’m not quite as excited by this design. I’ve bought a set of robe hooks from, another manufacturer tht match the MOEN Align esthetic more closely.

Matches builder installation
Purchased a new home and the builder did not put in enough of these hooks. It is being used to hold towels. It was relatively easy to install.

Lacking Items
I bought two to match the existing one in our newly built home. The instructions in the box (both boxes) mentioned a "template" to use when drilling the holes. A template didn't exist. The instructions also mentioned using "the wood screws", should you be mounting into wood and not just drywall. What "wood screws"? Incomplete materials not a good thing.

This is a nice looking hook in the picture. It however couldn't hook a torn piece of paper. It needs a redesign to fit into my standards. It needs a deeper set hook will hold a towel without sliding off to the floor and a more extended depth for better hold power would allow for a large robe to stay put. As is, it is too shallow. Stuff will just fall to the ground. Don't bother.
