I remodeled my bathroom in Oct 2018. I selected the moen model 26008SRN. I could not find a similar style that I liked with other manufactures that went well with my other bathroom features. I am so very happy with this shower head. If possible I would stand under this shower until the water runs out. I love the variation of both shower heads and the pressure I get from this system. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I like it so much, I have purchased another one for my parents who have limited mobility and now use a shower chair. They love it and it is easy for them to use.

I selected this product to reach to hand shower as I am 5 ft and my husband is 6 ft. It works for both of us. I am happy with magnetic lock for the hand shower, it is strong. However, most of the parts are plastic and the showerhead together with attached hand spray is kind of heavy that it bends downwards. We also took advise of others for removing the small plastic regulator. It really helped for the water flow, we enjoy it. In general, it was a good buy for us as we found a product that is meeting our needs with a reasonable price.

Bought six months ago and the shutoff on the handle is already broken, the button is cheap plastic and just falls out of the handle.

No a good choice for a small shower. The main shower head appears to be set to an angle and hits halfway up the opposite wall. It is impossible to turn the main shower head down and utilize it for a body sprayer. If the wall piping does not protrude specifically for this shower head, the handheld will not fit as shown on the display and keeping contact with the magnet is difficult.

This is a good product. The handheld feature is the main reason for my purchase. If you have anything hanging from your shower head, the hose on the handheld might be obstructed as I found out. Otherwise, the shower head has an acceptable coverage and pressure. If the jets were angled on a rounder face and not flat, I would’ve given this product a higher rating.

We just had this installed in our new bathroom remodel and I absolutely love the fact you can have both heads on at the same time and easily take the handheld off for body spraying.

great shower head
I wanted a hand held shower head but because of the ceiling in my shower all the attachable ones you can buy wouldn't fit and i didn't want the bar style so i thought i would try this style and change my whole shower head. I am so happy with my decission ro do so. I Love it.

White O-Ring Malfunction
While I Love the overall look of the shower, the functionality of its horrible. 1 plastic o-ring pretty much hold the whole shower head up. If you try to tilt or swivel it leaks from that joint. My wife tried to tilt it back to shave and the whole thing fell off and hit her.

The main showerhead on the 26008BRB attaches the ball joint connection with a wing nut, which should remain tight and allow you to swivel the showerhead. We would be happy to assist you your product. Pro: Delivery was quick. Easy to install when switching out old one for new. Looks nice and the magnet holding the small one is strong.
Con: I would not reccommend this if you expect and like a spray you can feel. This said massage spray, and the only way you get anything like a heavier or small massage spray is by shutting off the top big sprayer completely and even then it's a very small maybe an inch spray that comes out. Yes it's a bit stronger but... When you have both sprayers going you hardly feel it hitting you. Do not waste your money. I think my other one was lower than half the price and so much stronger spray. I should've taken it down and returned it, but it was already up and used by three people.

Great for seniors with limited range of motion or dexterity. The handheld device is held by only a magnet, so you don’t have to get it into a slot. Also, the temperature and pressure handles are separate, so you only have to set your preferred temperature once.

The magnet makes it much easier to switch between handheld and wall spray. The water pressure is great. Had it at our old house for 2 years, had to have them for our new house. It’s great.
