the brushed nickel on the part that holds the tissue...
the brushed nickel on the part that holds the tissue bubbled and look like it rusted after 4 years.
We called Moen and they sent us a new replacement. Lifetime warranty and very good customer service.

I have purchased several of these toilet paper towels, they are clean looking, easy to install and bar can be changed to the other side, depending on where it will be hung. I have also used these as hand towel holders in the bathrooms, making the towels easy to get on and off. Really like the look.

Unsatisfying
The allen set screw has already stripped and now the toilet paper roll swings. Why wasn't the roll hanger done with screw instead of allen screw?
