Second of the same type that has broken in under a year. Will be hoping for a new replacement model and not this one. S72308BL This occurred on December 24. 2023.

My faucet just broke off and there is no way to fix it.

Broke down after 5 years. Such an expensive faucet and it just fell apart. Faucet arc just fell off. It seems that a metal gasket that was holding the arc to the base broke. Inferior metal used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this High Arc Faucet. The faucet is easy to use with a button on the back of the removeable nozzle. The faucet has a high and low pressure. It's easy to switch between hot and cold water. This is an outstanding faucet to have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, this faucet was straightforward to install. From starting to take my old faucet out to having this one fully installed, it took less than an hour for me to perform. Once installed, it’s absolutely stunning, looks-wise. I absolutely love how the pull-down is hidden. And I love how it has a boost button. It actually does increase water pressure. Just a little boost that helps clean dishes a little better. The only thing I wish, is that it included the soap dispenser, but I understand why it doesn’t. I ended up loving the faucet, and it’s looks so much I got the soap dispenser too.

Big fan of the Touchless when I stayed with friends who installed two in their massive kitchen. So easy to clean whatever is in your hand by a wave. The modern design and overall feel is substantial with the stainless steel finish. Paid for the install and very pleased with the contractor that showed up doing an excellent job.

I love the facuet but the handle is super tight and takes a lot of strength to turn on and off the water now.

We've had this for less than two years and it's been a problem the whole time. It comes loose and no amount of re-tightening helps. The stream/sprayer also has stopped working. If the water is turned fully on, it switches to spray and can't be turned off.

Set screw got loose... difficult to tighten as its access point is between the wall and faucet. After just 3 years the wand failed to be switching between stream and spray.

After only a year of use, the retractable hose no longer retracts.

Apparently, Home Depot does not vet shipments of very expensive faucets. Have a plummer installing and the box HD shipped was opened previously and is missing the guts that run the “smart” features and of course the nozzel to the spray wand! So apparently I have to return the whole faucet and pay my plummer to install the 1st one, uninstall the 1st one and install the second one they will send. But of course HD offers me BIG “sorry about that” so that makes it all better! Super disappointing

It looks GREAT, I love the combination of matte black and chrome. I LOVE the high arc, it leaves lots of room underneath for filling pots and washing hands and dishes, and it looks very modern. The sprayer definitely feels more powerful than the sprayer on our old faucet, and it glides so smoothly in and out of its docking area. It's just really cool. We hired someone to install it for us and they didn't have any trouble getting it going. We are genuinely beyond pleased with it, Moen makes such beautiful fixtures and this is no exception.

The matte black contrasts against the luxurious looking chrome in such a stunning manner, it is a true work of beauty. I have had great success with Moen products in the past and this has exceeded my expectations. Installation was a breeze, everything matched up properly. The high arc allows for ease of filling up large vessels without diminishing water pressure. I am able to adjust my water temps with minimal effort. The materials used feel high quality and durable. The pulldown mechanism glides smoothly and is great for previously hard-to-reach areas, I can fully spray my sink. I do take my rings off to prepare food and wash dishes, so I'm not aware of any scratching or scraping issues if I were to leave my jewelry on. I have found this faucet much easier to wipe down and keep it looking in pristine condition over my previous one. I would say the biggest hurdle has been getting used to how easy it is change my water temperature. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about making a faucet purchase!

The matte finish is perfect.The chrome accents on the faucet and handle really set it off. The one handle design makes it simple to adjust temperature and flow. It has four different spray types, and my favorite is the power clean setting. It really blasts. The hose pulls out and retracts easily and has a good range. The high arc is just the right height for all the kitchen needs. Installation is simple and everything is included. This is a very well made, quality unit that will last forever. But if replacement parts are ever needed, Moen has a great service department and all parts are readily available. I could not be happier with the faucet.

One of the best on the market. Touchless sensors and clean design makes this a kitchen favorite. We added the Moen kit to run both line current and AA batteries, so it will function with the sensors in a rolling power outage. It comes with a lifetime warranty on everything, but a power supply (inside the controller box, which has a five year warranty. If the faucet fails, Moen will ship you replacement parts at no cost with regular shipping included. The power supply is about $100 dollars, if it fails. The installation instructions are easy to follow on this Moen model.

Works great with Alexa !! Love the way it looks works great I don’t have water outside sink like I did no need to turn off with wet hands it doesn’t spay all over am spray love that! If your thinking about getting get it love it

Pull down sprayer isn’t a chrome look. It is just a small black plastic sprayer. Wish I could have seen this faucet before I bought it but it had to be ordered online.

Very easy to install. Love the look and utility of the faucet. The voice assistants work as they should. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the pull down sprayer is a little odd to use. This faucet has the sprayer go within the neck to make it hidden. Because of that, the sprayer isn’t as wide as a normal sprayer.
