I do not understand this faucet. It broke once and I was sent a brand new one because it apparently had to do with a sensor. Today it stopped working again, which means NO water ! How come ?? Why isn’t there an option to turn on a manual mode and get water even when the sensor is off? Also , why is it off? I changed the batteries , same thing ! Next time I’ll go with a cheaper one!

Broke down after 5 years. Such an expensive faucet and it just fell apart. Faucet arc just fell off. It seems that a metal gasket that was holding the arc to the base broke. Inferior metal used.

Big fan of the Touchless when I stayed with friends who installed two in their massive kitchen. So easy to clean whatever is in your hand by a wave. The modern design and overall feel is substantial with the stainless steel finish. Paid for the install and very pleased with the contractor that showed up doing an excellent job.

Beautiful faucet and high hopes due to the brand. I’ve never been able to connect the faucet even after resetting the control box. Now the power isn’t working (connected to battery pack with new batteries) and the faucet will not dispense water. It seems to only work with the motion sensor. Unfortunately - no power, no sensor. No sensor - no water. Very disappointing.

Got a new router/modem and the faucet says “unable to connect”. VERY FRUSTRATING

I just installed my new Moen smart kitchen faucet and it couldn’t have been easier! It literally took about 15 minutes and I am wheelchair bound and partially paralyzed on one side, if I can do this, anyone can! I love all of the features of the smart faucet, it makes my job in the kitchen so much easier by being able to use the voice controls!

This was a replacement for the 2 sensor mode. Not excited. Not sure how it will remain hands free with just one sensor for rinsing etc. Can't get it to connect to my network? might update this review if I can get it connected and find some benefit to not having the second sensor. Have another one just like it on the other sink and has been worry free for 3 years.

We have had this faucet for 18 months. warm water has good pressure, hot water has great pressure, the cold is barely a trickle. I have taken it apart twice and is always the same. Very frustrating filling the dog bowls or washing veggies!?!?

Apparently, Home Depot does not vet shipments of very expensive faucets. Have a plummer installing and the box HD shipped was opened previously and is missing the guts that run the “smart” features and of course the nozzel to the spray wand! So apparently I have to return the whole faucet and pay my plummer to install the 1st one, uninstall the 1st one and install the second one they will send. But of course HD offers me BIG “sorry about that” so that makes it all better! Super disappointing

I love this faucet, the way it works and especially the sleek lines. The HUGE problem is it broke in less than 2 years. The swivel pull down park just fell off the base. A plastic washer piece broke. I re-screwed the swivel arm back on but now I am so afraid the whole thing will come apart again. I’m not sure how to fix it.

We added the Moen kit to run both line current and AA batteries, so it will function with the sensors in a rolling power outage. It comes with a lifetime warranty on everything, but a power supply (inside the controller box, which has a five year warranty. If the faucet fails, Moen will ship you replacement parts at no cost with regular shipping included. The power supply is about $100 dollars, if it fails. The installation instructions are easy to follow on this Moen model.

Works great with Alexa !! Love the way it looks works great I don’t have water outside sink like I did no need to turn off with wet hands it doesn’t spay all over am spray love that! If your thinking about getting get it love it

He said the directions made it very easy to install and he didn’t have any issues. The app is easy to use and operate the faucet. It has so many different features that you can use. I can even control this faucet with my echo speaker. I like being able to tell the faucet to have the water at a certain temperature. This kitchen faucet is high quality and is way better then a traditional faucet. I have been using it for almost a month and I am loving it! I haven’t had any trouble with it. i would highly recommend it!

It has come in so useful whether I've just kneaded some bread and my hands are full of flour or I was working with raw chicken and wanted to wash my quickly touching as few things as possible. AND the voice activation with precise control and measurements is amazing. My husband makes tea everyday and he can say 'give me one cup at [his favorite temperature] and he loves that it won't scald his lips and he can drink his tea immediately after the tea steeps.

I would say I am an intermediate DIY person but if I were a beginner this would still have been easy to install. I was hesitant when it claims it can measure out the amounts of water but I tell you it works great and it helps me go just a little faster not having to pay attention. The cool part of it is that is voice interactive with Alexa and Google! It measures, turns on the water at a certain temperature, and it has a sensor on the front that allows you to turn the water on/off. The ability to turn the water on and off without touching the faucet is my favorite because it keeps it clean longer! You can also use the app with it to show you water usage, customize settings and have presets. Not only did Moen design a sleek looking faucet but they incorporated some very nifty features into a faucet. A+ in book!

Then Moen went and totally changed the game. I don't know if I will ever be able to go back to a "regular dumb" faucet again. Hey Google, tell Moen to give me a teaspoon of water at 89 degrees. It’s well made and functions as well as looks impressive. Typically I’m resistant to products that are interactive, but the ability to use voice activation to get precise amounts of water is such an amazing feature. The added bonus is that the voice technology added makes your life so much easier! The technology worked without a hitch and have made the use of measuring tools for water completely obsolete. The custom controls make mornings easy as my kids can fill up their cups without making a mess. We are so happy with this faucet!

Very easy to install. Love the look and utility of the faucet. The voice assistants work as they should. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the pull down sprayer is a little odd to use. This faucet has the sprayer go within the neck to make it hidden. Because of that, the sprayer isn’t as wide as a normal sprayer.

It is a very beautiful faucet. I give it a 4 because sometimes it surprises me by squirting water when I am not ready for it...
