This smart faucet is very nice and sleek, it was not hard to assembly the product together. Nonetheless, this is a really nice smart faucet with Pros that I love like, saying Hello and touching it and by waving your hands to fill anything you like, like a cup or pot or whatever you want. Overal,l I will definitely recommend this Smart Faucet because, it's definitely nice to have and I love it. Such a great product for anyone looking for a nice faucet. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kitchen faucet is so smart and very useful. It takes me almost two hours of work to take old faucet out and install this one. This one is voice activated so it also wok with censor too. So you just have to wave your hand. It also have spray on faucet mouth i just have go pull that and it came out i can set the speed and the way water came out from the faucet. It also make my kitchen looks luxurious. Faucet design is so nice. Censors and voice control you need batteries for that too. Love it.

This faucet was easy to install. I love the smart features of the faucet. The voice control feature is really convenient as well as the pull down sprayer. I just love this faucet and the touch less feature has really made things a little less messier when it comes to cooking as I know longer have to touch handles to turn on the water. Great faucet that I definitely recommend.

I never thought that I would need or want a faucet with so many features, but I am thoroughly impressed!     I installed this faucet and had everything set up with  my Alexa in just over an hour. Installation was easy enough, I'm pretty sure someone with limited experience could manage to get it in quite easily. I like that the deck plate was included, although it can be installed without one.     My family loves the motion sensor, especially my wife who hates looking at fingerprints on the faucet.    The pull down sprayer is a nice feature. I'm still not used to all it can do, but my wife was thrilled that she can tell it to pour a certain amount of water at a certain temperature while she is cooing and baking.   The faucet really gave my kitchen a modern upgrade!

Love how high it is so we can deal with the large pots and pans. Super strong spray and we also connected it to the wifes google assistant on her phone.

It can give me the perfect amount of water for cooking ,drinking etc. The built in sensor does wonders at this. Also Alexa works dreams on it. It was pretty easy to set up and it honestly looks so much better than a normal faucet. It's a luxury faucet with futuristic hardware. I would love to have this kind of tech on all my faucets through the house. This gets a 10 out of 10 for the craftsmanship, quality and overall fun to use.

I originally thought I would not use its features but with little kids in the house, it can home in handy. Hey Alexa, turn on the cold water. Now I don't have to worry about getting up. I know lazy.. oops. Either way this is a great product and I highly recommend it!

I also like the fact that it has a spot resistance finish! I think it looks awesome on my sink. Definitely recommend this faucet!

Touchless feature works great but Alexa requires a long prefix to get to work which does work consistently, e.g., "Alexa, tell Moen to ..."

Love the faucet. The smart features are great. I get the quantity and temp water I asked for. The sensor also works great. The only thing I haven’t seen anyone else mention, you can control the flow rate of the water with this faucet. I would guess any solenoid controlled faucet suffers from this.

I bought it two months ago and I’m not happy I have to change the batteries every other week and I haven’t been able to use the Alexa yet

Installed this unit last night to replace a 12 year old Moen pull out that had its interior rusted out. Went to the store to find a particular Moen but it is sold out as too popular (Arbor dual sense). Took a chance on this unit. Wow. The whole family is impressed. Only criticism is that the instructions to integrate the faucet with our smart house were not clear - and I wish the faucet was recognized as a first level device so I can just refer to it by name without activating a skill. Also, I wish it had a wall plug option included.

I HEARD ABOUT THIS THROUGH A FAMILY MEMBER WHO HAS A SIMILAR FAUCET

O never got the replacement for my old Moen motion sense which you said you would replace. Now with. VA Mortgage inspection in 1-2 days my Ellie or Elsie failed and your very capable and kind person on the phone sis to send a pic and I did and I have not heard from you yet??????? Person professional; Moen company is pretty jive...

I replaced a two-handle faucet in a utility sink with this unit. Incredibly easy to install with very clear instructions at every step. Works fine.

Installed the device several days ago. Installation was fairly simple. Instructions are a bit vague but you can get the task completed in about 30 minutes Trouble started during activation and setup. Had to factory reset the unit multiple times to get the water to flow. Still have difficulty with the hot water obtaining a constant temperature. Care needs to be taken during reset to make sure you do not lose settings. Should have purchased a standard faucet vs Moen's attempt at a high tech product.

I use the Google ecosystem in my house and unfortunately as of the date of this review, this "Smart Faucet" doesn't support my smart home network and my poor review reflects that experience. The Smart Faucet app installs fine and I can control the faucet manually with buttons on my phone, however, linking it to voice recognition in Google Home is non-existent. When I attempt to add the device to my Google Home network there is no Smart Faucet service to be found (only Smart Shower which is not compatible). I went so far as performing a hard factory reset of the faucet to start the setup process fresh with the girlfriends phone and came to the same frustrating end. It also appears that this faucet, at least as far as the app goes, will only support one user. You can't have more than one person in your household have control of the faucet because the app requires you to register the product when you add the device - even if the device has already been registered! I encountered this when going through the install with the g/f's phone. The lack of Google Assistant support defeats the whole point of my purchase and I'm completely disappointed with the product. Moen needs to either fix the Google support or stop advertising it.

We’ve only had this installed for three days; perhaps our learning curve hasn’t yet peaked with this product. But, here are our thoughts: nice design and finish, surprised the pull-out spray wand is plastic-remainder of product is a hefty metal, Alexa has rarely misunderstood our commands but frequently gets confused with Moen commands. There are three aspects of operation in our minds: on/off, temperature and flow rate. The flow is not easily controlled except when editing an already completed Pre-Set. By this I mean, the after establishing a Pre-Set and saving it, only then by editing can one adjust the flow rate from low to high. Still, the flow rate is too high for some uses: a trickle simply isn’t possible.
