Tile is pretty, but shows everything. Have it in my kitchen and foyer. •Grout listed on website for tile is 356 Oyster Gray. •Charcoal grout used. The Grout is so dark that is all you focus on. Beware of using Home Depot for installs!!!!! They are a nightmare! Was told it could not be installed in foyer as it was too small but could be installed in kitchen. When installer arrived, I was told that the tile had to be laid on an offset pattern, not Herringbone. Had I known this I could have chosen another tile. Reported issue to Home Depot. They could care less about customer satisfaction. The subcontractor they sent out was a family with two adult sons. When the parents would leave the younger son would stray away and the older one had to keep calling him back. The younger one would swear and tell the older one off. This went on for hours.

If you can check his tile out in store before ordering do so. The picture that's online as stock is completely different. This tile is beautiful and I get many compliments. I paired it with oyster grout. It does have a bit of A texture so non slip.

Spanish made quality, my tile guy really liked the thick tile and it's quality.

I wanted a tile that has a wood look, we couldn't go with laminate because we have a pool so we opted for ceramic. We get so many compliments on our new floor, it looks amazing!

I used the oyster gray grout, looks amazing!! Tiling our whole house with this tile.

This is a beautiful tile with a variety of shades that are not too light or too dark but compliments both light and dark wood furniture. We love it! The tile is on the far bottom of photo - we were comparing the tile To luxury vinyl samples before install.

Great size ! Covered lots of floor easily. Great for DIY jobs. Very thick and probably will be difficult to chip or crack. Also, very attractive and matches brown or grey. I have it in one room painted grey and one beige and both look great.

Do not purchase this tile if you would like a quality tile that will still look good a year later. The positive to this tile is it is attractive and looks great once installed. The negative is the tile is low quality and will look discolored within a year. I would also agree with some of the other reviews on how hard this tile is to keep clean. Anywhere you have furniture such as kitchen chairs, bar stools, end tables, or coffee tables will discolor. The glaze on the tile will quickly wear off leaving you with a matted discolored look on the tile. Having felt pads on the bottom of your furniture will not make a difference- it will still discolor. Being a military family, we have been through several homes and have had tile in all of them and have never had this problem. 7 months after starting a warranty claim with MSI, I am left very disappointed. Home Depot customer service has been great but MSI has been horrible. They have never notified me of any updates. Through the whole process, you must call them and go through a rat race to get any information. They did sent an inspector in November and another in January. Originally, they claimed they hadn't received anything in inspections but now can find an inspection paper from November but cant find information from the one they had done in January. I have been told by them there is no warranty for this product post installation so I'm not sure why they send inspectors in first place. I was told they are not responsible for glaze wearing off tile so if you want a tile that can hold up to family living- this tile is not for you. I would stay clear of any MSI product because they do not stand behind their product. Please look at pictures from less than a year after installation if you are considering any MSI flooring.

I am just amazed at how beautiful this tile looks and feels it has transformed my whole shower into such a warm and comfortable place. Contractor said it himself "good choice".

We installed this tile throughout the entire house to replace carpet and old tile. We love the color and texture. However, based on suggestions, we did not seal it and in high traffic areas, it's really hard to keep clean. I'm pretty disapointed. I was advised not to use chemical cleaners, but weekly water mopping doesn't work. I have to scrub every little section with a scrub brush to lift dirt stains, but I can't imagine how much time it's going to take to do the whole house. If anyone has any suggestions for cleaning, or if it's helpful (and not too late to seal), I would love to know. Second picture is a clean spot the size of my thumb after several minutes of scrubbing.

Great tile at a great price. Installed on a concrete floor. Very heavy tile. 70 pounds per box. A pallet weighs just over 2500 lbs.

Two different tile installers said this was very good straight flat tile. High quality for home depot.

My wife and I chose this tile to replace the carpet in our living room. Cats and dogs over the years left the carpet looking old and stained and we wanted a wood floor but were afraid with pet accidents it would not be a viable option. We chose this tile because it looked very close to real wood and it even had a slight grain on it to give it the feel of wood. We enjoyed how large the tiles were (we chose the 9x36 tile) and it was very easy to lay. We also chose to use the Fusion Pro grout instead of traditional sanded grout since it is maintenance free and stain free. Use a 1/2" notched trowel when you lay this or you will not get enough thinset to provide adequate coverage. You need close to 90% coverage on these tiles or else you run the risk of them cracking if something is dropped on it. There's a great YouTube video online everyone should review before laying tile. It's basically the do's and don't's of laying tile. This is even more important when laying large format tile such as this, as these can break easily if not done correctly. The most important thing is collapsing the ridges created by your trowel to ensure as close to 100% coverage as possible. Pull up random tiles as you're laying it to make sure you're collapsing the ridges.

Lots of tile were very bowed an unusable. They look great tho. Be warned the ridges absorb grout quickly so clean up right away or you will scrubbing for days.

Seems to be a decent tile, has taken longer to install than anticipated due to concrete slab waves so matching and leveling has been some concerns. Overall the tile seems strong and looks good.
