The backsplash came out beautiful, I was really pleased, but to return the 8 unopened packages I had left over was a nightmare at the local home depot. I was told since I purchased by the case I couldn’t return by the sheet but in the store I was able to buy by the sheet. I wound up only getting 1/2 back for what I paid per sheet not happy!

Ordered the product twice - got glossy both times. Sat down with a specialist - said there was a sku error - they informed me I should purchase it elsewhere because they couldn’t fix the issue. Bought it elsewhere at a similar price and couldn’t be happier.

The tile arrived well packed and without a scratch on it. Very nice sheen to it and texture. We wanted this tile as an alternative to subway tile but with the same brightness and it was perfect!

The ties were such poor quality that half of the sheets had chipped tiles. I returned them all.

Beautiful! I’m very happy with how our backsplash turned out. We choose a light grey for the grout color and really love how it looks with our countertops. Affordable backsplash that looks really good!

Used new saw blade, still lots of chips. As well, way too many sheets had chips. The size and shape are lovely and had easy time using single component grout

A lot of cracked tile

We really like the matte version of these tiles. However, the tiles were ordered twice but in both cases the glossy version was received. The website points to the glossy version in all cases. People tried everything. We went to another company to purchase the matte version. Website needs fixing.
