Great Tool, Very Effective At Busting Rock
The breaker was easy to use. No issues there. I had some rock jutting out into some gate post holes that i was trying to dig. I rented this from my local home depot. I powered it off of my generator which had a 2000W inverter (4000W surge).

The order shipped quickly, arrived before the told arrival day....
The order shipped quickly, arrived before the told arrival day. The jack hammer worked well, came with 4 bits and a two wheel dollie to carry it on. Had to screw on handle but that was all that had to be put on. Used this tool to remove a 6’x4’x4” slab of concrete. It was an easy removal with this.

Bolts’ coming out from a tool during work is unacceptable.
I immediately returned it back to HD. Now I have to decide should I buy another Makita jack hammer or try another brand.

It is very heavy and not a breeze to install...
It is very heavy and not a breeze to install or change bits. But, It is a monster and tears into any rock I want to get rid of. It is very smooth to operate as well

Rips right through a mixture of rock types within my mountain property. I didn't experience any fatigue from vibration. Operates on a 20 amp circuit. Cart is well built and has tires that don't need air.

We're digging out a basement under an old house and got into deep schist. The skid steer forks could not break out portions of it so on to plan B. It is doing a good job breaking it up. Really wish there was an accompanying teenage linebacker option.
