Great deal, received this battery for free which purchase of battery starter pack that itself was discounted heavily.

It's like the 5.0 but better. Bought for my lawn mower to ensure the yard can be completed in 1 full charge. I only buy Makita power tools. Quality!

Used one of the batteries once, went to recharge and now shows bad/wont recharge.

Granted these aren’t inexpensive, so try and get them on sale (yet don’t get sucked into too-good-to-be-true deals, which are likely bootlegs), but I immediately noticed a difference when using these in my blower, lasting much longer than even my 5 ah batteries. I’ve been very happy overall with every Makita product I own.

The battery life lasts a long time even when inflating a lot of tires. Easy to charge and easy to read indicators on the battery for battery life left. Also, the time it takes to charge is under 45 minutes as advertised.

Holds a long use charge…at least when it is new. Jury is out for how long this charge will last.
