The umbrella would have been ok if it had come with all of the parts and didn't have black marks on the inside of the fabric. It was missing the bolts, instructions, and solar panel. The box they sent it in was all busted up because it was too small. I put it together (after buying some bolts) and tried it before I realized the solar panel was missing. It does not adjust to the angle I need for my area, which is not really its fault. I used a Costway base and filled it with sand and it was more than adequate to keep it standing. I'm pretty sure I could have filled it with water, or maybe filled just one or two of the base pieces with sand and had it remain standing because it stayed up with just one section full of sand. Overall, it seems like it would have been a decent product for the price if not for the poor shipping. Because of the above mentioned issues, I returned it.

It's okay, not great. I'll be surprised if it lasts more than a year. It is cheaply made with plastic parts, you get what you pay for I guess is true here. The solar lights work well, I like that you can switch them on or off. The red is dark, almost burgundy but in direct sun it is a true red so it changes color a bit, it's strange!

Perfect for those hot sunny days

I only opened a couple of time and then the rope that makes the umbrella open just broke

I purchased this patio umbrella while having a new home built so it was kept in its original box and packaging. My home was completed 6 months later. I finally open the box and assembled the umbrella, it is a beautiful vibrant blue. Within a few weeks the lights stopped coming on. I contacted Home Depot and I was told that they could not replace the umbrella due to the length of time I had it even though it remained unopened for months.

It worked out of the box but the next day the lights didn't work. We don't know how to fi the problem.

The actual umbrella etc. were representative of what was on your website, however, it was less than acceptable to see from the instructions that the bar stand base is not sturdy enough to "...support the umbrella without proper weight-as doing so without weights will damage the umbrella...". Then why wasn't a proper bar stand sold with the umbrella? We now have to incur additional cost to purchase "weights"! Most unacceptable...

Top heavy, scared it will fall over in wind. Umbrella itself moves a lot with the wind.

Didnt expect this quality for the price, but its really nicely made, was easy to assemble and manipulate, and looks great. Works wonderfully over our hot tub to provide shade on hot sunny days. Buying the seperate base weights are a must though. We got the plastic ones that filled with water are heavy enough to safely stabilize the open umbrella.

The patio umbrella was larger than I expected but in a good way.It was easy to assemble and set up on my deck.The beautiful blue color really looks good on my gray deck.

The umbrella fabric is good. Overall steel construction seem solid. However the moving parts are made of plastic or polymeric materials; thus not sure how they will stand the stress or age with time. The base needed to be bolted onto solid deck or strapped down. The solar powered LED lights are placed strategically and add value to this product.

Looks great however I bought this as a replacement to one I already had that had broken. This one was not made as study and with a string wind falls over even though the base is heavy.

I ordered this umbrella and I was so excited but, I opened it up and it had 3 holes in the umbrella which was so really upsetting and the solar light didn’t work.
