[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the ability to adjust the shelves according to what I need. I also really like the meat/cheese drawer; it makes it so much easier to get at everything all at once. I was also surprised how much fit in the bottom freezer as well.

Tech changed the heat flap between the two refrigerator doors but still have condensation on top of freezer drawer seal. Takes a month for return visit. Expected better from Maytag. Our Frigerdaire has no problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice refrigrator my other quit working need to find one quick. This was the size I had but less than an inch taller. We had to cut down our cabinet for it to fit. So far I like it the only thing wish it had the water hook up inside. Just an ice maker. I like the handles and the longer drawer you can keep meat and cheeses. Like no finger prints. Attractive

I thought I was buying a refrigerator. Turns out I was sold and insulated cabinet. Several different Maytag service techs have been out to try and fix the problem. The last one told to contact Maytag and try to get a refund, cause this is a lemon. I have been in contact with Maytag they keep wanting to send repair men. I will be getting a new refrigerator one piece at a time. Just like Johnny Cash got his car. One thing is for sure Maytag makes the best insulated cabinet on the market today.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have had the fridge 5 months. Love everything about it except for one small glitch. The shelves have a gap at the back and smaller items seem to fall through the gap. This wouldn't happen if the shelves were flush with the back of the inside of the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Feel fortunate to have found an available refrigerator during the Covid shortages. There were few choices but so far I am pleased with my Maytag purchase. My old refrigerator had all the “bells & whistles” and this one is more basic but it serves all our refrigeration and freezer needs. We really like the size & shape of the ice cubes and the manner our bottom freezer unit is divided. Still adjusting to the placement of refrigerator items, much more door space on both sides of French doors. Noise level is about the same as last unit, no complaints.

There isn't as much room in it as my old side by side, even though it's the same size. It is nice to have all the food items at the top of the fridge, though. I purchased a Maytag because of the quality of their appliances, so, we will see how long it lasts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The interior arrangement has plusses and minuses. On the plus side, it seems that it's easier to see what's where, especially in the bins, than in our previous fridge. The crisper bins pull out and drop down, allowing easy access to contents; OTOH, they can come out completely unexpectedly. The freezer seems spacious and nicely organized; the huge ice bin is great. The minuses: the shelves do not have raised edges and will not contain spills. There are significant gaps behind the shelves, taking up space and causing problems for items that get pushed back too far. Because of the French door design, the door bins are obviously narrower than in a single door fridge; making the best use of this space requires trying different combinations of bottles and jars. Moreover, the pull out deli bin eliminates some of the door space. Thus far I have not heard a "door open" warning. I find very large temperature variations over time, with lows in the 20's and highs approaching 50 F. The temperature control just has meaningless numbers, so I cannot determine what the unit's temperature is supposed to be. One puzzling characteristic is that this model is LESS energy efficient than the 14 year old similarly sized fridge from another manufacturer.

I love that there is no fingerprints on the handles and doors. It runs quiet. Nice bright lights when I open it and the freezer also has a light when I open it!

It has so many different compartments, I especially like the humidity controlled ones for fruit and vegetables. I like that everything in the refrigerator is at eye level because the freezer is on the bottom. Freezer easily slides out to retrieve what you want out of it. Excellent appliance!
