The rails have been replaced and another trip three in all to be adjusted them and still grind when it closes! My husband and I have since been conscious of other freezer at stores and friends homes and ours by far to us is not right! We were told that's just the way it is!Service dept. is very nice and I believe they tried but, I think it's on Maytag! Not pleased, what will it be like in a year?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for just over 2 years now. It is still my favorite refrigerator I have ever owned. So much that I went last month and purchased ALL MAYTAG appliances: Washer, Dryer, Range and Dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our fridge for about two weeks now and we are really happy with it. It has a great layout and seems to hold even more than we thought it would! The deli drawer has become one of our favorite features.

When ice maker is engaged it can be quite noisy....plastic cover for large tray and butter shelf seem a bit cheap. Outside front finish shows every fingerprint. Runs a lot, even on a lower setting (3), even when door is not opened a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator almost four years. The only initial problem was a defective light bulb which I replaced. Newer units come with LED illumination. Recently the ice maker failed, hence my recommendation to get the extended warranty. All in all it is much higher Quality than the newer Maytag refrigerator I purchased. I guess it's the luck of the draw. If I had it to do over, I'd purchase this model again.

I purchased this product during our kitchen remodel in November '14. It sat in the house, in the shipping carton for waiting for the final remodel work to be completed. I finally installed the product in April '15. It's now been in use for 10 months and have had to replace the ice making unit. This is not what I would expect from a top-of-the-line product from a manufacturer that prides themselves in Quality. My previous Whirlpool refrigerator worked for 25 yrs without any problems at all.

I love my new Maytag Refrigerator. We sold our home and a bought a new refrigerator for our new home. I always try to buy Maytag appliances.

Upgraded from a side by side to the newer French door bottom and truly enjoy all the space. The bottom freezer has the nice feature of two racks so you can see what you want to get easily.

Very good appliance; well built; keeps temperature even throughout; reasonably quiet; attractive. We are happy with it after 2 months.

I really do love this refrigerator. My 14 pound Thanksgiving turkey looked like a Cornish Hen with the humongous capacity!!My only small complaint is the deli drawer lid slips off more times than not when I pull the drawer open.

I Got my fridge about a month ago and I love it! There was one problem...the chiller drawer lid fell off all the time. I called the dealer and he sent someone out and he seems to have solved the issue. The nipples that the lid rests on (goes into the lid on the sides) are not long enough and every time we opened the drawer the lid came off and fell onto the floor. Now problem is solved...I hope! Quality control might want to be made aware though.

We didn't even have the fridge a week when a gal jug of milk sprung a leak. It soaked everything on the shelves, got into every bin and dripped off the bottom of the door and all over our newly repaired floor. When our old fridge failed it ruined the floor so it was extremely disappointing to have so big a mess so soon. This is the first fridge I've had that didn't have spill proof shelves. Otherwise I like the fridge. Not so sur about the bottom freezer though.

I am happy overall with the fridge. I really like all of the drawers and not having to bend to put things in. I just have to get used to the bottom freezer. It is difficult to organize it and it seems to hold a lot less than a top freezer. Also, it took me a while to figure out what the fridge setting should be. There is no recommendation and things kept freezing.

We have had some problems with this at first, ones which may be our own fault. first we had trouble witht e freezer drawer not closing firmly, which led to hoar frost buildup. We eventually noticed that we had put in one of the bbaskets a little cockeyed. When we corrected that, the frost stopped accumulating. then we noticed that things were melting and re freezing in the freezer. The freezer was set to 3 (7=max), which i thought would be enough in a cool climate, but maybe not. I set the freezer control to the maximum, 7, and the melting problem seems to be solved. Now I have to see if a lower setting will work. The clder the freezer settin, the more energy it consumes, of course. With these warnings, I would recommend it. It is big and well designed.

Purchased 6 weeks ago exceeds my expectations thus far. Quiet, love the Freatures. Will never have anything but a bottom drawer freezer.

Piece of junk. nothing but problems with ice maker & freeze up. Compressor quit after 3 years costing $500.00 to repair

I bought this 2 months ago and I love it! I can fit a lot of groceries in it!

Purchased for summer cottage and the first week it worked beautifully. Next weekend lost all the food in upper compartment due to controls that were not working properly. Service tech couldn't show up till following weekend.(Magtag repairman is not lonely at our place. He's been back for other new maytag appliances that failed to operate)

This refrigerator holds so much food and it is easily accessible.

I went for the basic model and am not sure that was such a good idea. Looks very nice with my other Maytag appliances Be very careful with the finish. I put a magnet on it and it marred. Capacity is ok. My real beef is that the doors do not close easily and must be checked to be sure they are closed tightly. This includes the french doors and the freezer door.

Fridge not even 5 years old nothing but problems sealing problems in beginning with freezer now insulation is all over kitchen like it's snowing fridge completely went out what a junk I replaced old one that lasted 25 years and still worked got rid of it because it didn't match what a disappointment !

I highly recommend this Maytag Fridge!! Love all the space and design. It's a perfect fit for my family!

I was looking for a refrigerator for the home we are building. I wanted a bottom freezer and the French pantry doors. I dislike having water in the door and this model doesn't have that.

It is a really great fridge, we except that it is impossible to move the shelves lower. There are oppressors but the lowest bottom one limits its fuctionality
