I purchased this item in satin nickel. the product photo on HD site shows how the set looks from the outside of the house, clearly it is very nice. How about what the product looks like from the inside of the house? MiLocks has two versions of inside handles, a knob and/or a lever. None of these items tells us "the consumer" what they're getting...a knob.....or a lever. Sadly, we received a "knob." I don't want the knob, rather a lever. I have installed the entire set and currently using the product. Just looking to replace the ugly knob with a lever. Attempting to contact the manufacturer, but no luck yet.

The lock is awesome and the remote is handy when you need to get in quick. The shipping was very bad, took forever to get it from Home Depot

Great quality, easy installation

Have not got it installed yet. But like the quality of it.

Great concept but getting locked out numerous times makes me not a fan.

Works well, and was easy to install. The key fob is a nice touch. The particular unit that I received had finish imperfections on the knob. But anyone who is Handy can fix that like I did.

Lower quality construction then schlage.

Very nice product and a really reasonable price. Just be sure to check that your existing holes match.

It appears to be fairly well built, it did not cover my old wear marks from previous door handle. So I had to return and buy a different handle.

the screws that came with the Combo/deadbolt were too short. i have not been able to get the deadbolt on at this point. But the handle works great so far.

The lock set appears nice. Installation was smooth; the only thing I have noted is that the lock and unlock symbols on both the remote and door are working opposite. If I push lock it unlocks and unlock locks the door. I have not had an opportunity to review the paperwork to correct the issue.
