Metal piece that holds back to the door is thin and broke making the lock unusable after just one year.

It broke during install.

The item could have been good except the color we ordered (satin nickel) is more of a greenish brass color on the lock part. The handle is the satin nickel and the lock part is brass. It looks pieced together with two different colored locks. We will return it.

Easy to install and program. Standard dimensions with some flexibility makes it fit perfectly as a replacement. Has the option to use an existing round hole for the latchbolt. Great value compared to other options.

Auto lock function is very useful. Don't have to worry about forgetting to lock the door

I'm sure this would be a great product; however, it is too wide to replace a standard doorknob. I had everything out and was ready to install, but couldn't because I don't have a tool that can widen the hole in the door. Someone with better tools would be able to do this easily.

Door Knob Sticks and is difficult to open. It locks itself when open it (turning it clockwise). Bought expensive energizer batteries and they were dead after the first two weeks. Taken apart this door knob three times to ensure it is assembled the way the directions state, yet the same problems persist. My suggestion is to spend the extra money and get a nicer one. This one has been nothing but trouble.

Adapted the product to an outdoor gate that I had to customize and in is perfect. It provides a bit more security and it looks great.

Easy to install and works well.

Overall a good product - easy to install and program. Only concern is that is has several times refused to unlock with the code and I have had to use the key. When that happens, it doesn't try to unlock and simply gets stuck, it just doesn't recognize the attempt to unlock although the lock code will still work. Once I unlock with a key the pin pad will usually start working again for several days or weeks. Would probably purchase again - just keep the key handy somewhere.

Very impressed with the quality, but even more impressed with the ease of installation. I loved it so much, I'm looking to install a couple more.

Work and looks great

Could not get it to program a code and it took 3 days for there technical support to call back.

I bought this lock to put on a closet to keep the kids away from Christmas presents and other things they have no business getting into. The instructions were clear and I had not problem installing the lock. It works perfectly. Not having to keep up with a key is great.

Lock does not work. Put it together, programmed and it works. Give it a few minutes just starts beeping and won't unlock or lock anymore. Even put another set of batteries in and still the same. Save your money and don't buy.

One week after installation, the latch failed. It is EXTREMELY poorly designed and built. This proves that you get what you pay for. Suggest you buy a known, name brand product MADE IN AMERICA!! This product is truly junk!!

This lock is really easy to set up and install. Yes I would recommend this lock.
