This keyless entry knob is a good lock for the price. We’ve had it 3 weeks and it works like a charm. The only issue we had was setting a code for the first time. We didn’t see instructions where we should have cleared the preset code set from factory. Had to google it and watch video. Other than than, it’s great!

This review comes after 13 months of use in a residence primarily using this lock for an AirBnB apartment in NYC. The lock worked great but sometimes it would "jam" where the lock would not accept a code, this kept happening more and more frequently, and lately, it has just become unreliable and frankly not so reassuring to have for something that needs a dependable product.
I did take apart and reinstalled, cleared all codes, and it would work for a few days and then back to being jammed.
I'm actually not happy because this lock fit my needs perfectly, for now, I will just give the guests the key to use instead of typing the code.

Best lock I have in my house
Had it for a week, this lock functions really well, the action is quick and strong, Remote is a big plus.
The lock was fairly easy to assemble, the writing on the manual is small, which made me miss a few steps.
I recommend this.

Don't waste your time and money.
I wouldn't waste your time with this product. I installed this perfectly according to instructions and when I put the batteries in they got so hot I thought it was going to start on fire. I tried another set of batteries and the same thing happened. I have seen another review where the same thing happened to them but I read it after installing this product. I took it back to home depot where they happily returned my money. I bought a better known brand after this experience, and it works great. I did pay more money.

Quick solution for securing tech items
It was easy to assemble. I installed 2 of these locks. First took an hour. Second one took 30 minutes. Pay attention to the instruction manual, don’t skip any steps. These work perfectly fine on interior doors.

We bought this door knob because we had having a big event at our house and we did not want people going in and out of our house we wanted to be able to control who we gave the code to. After having it a week we were really liking it. We did notice that for some reason when turning the knob it shakes the lock option to lock.

It is a gorgeous piece of hardware. It is heavy and feels like quality to your hand. The only problem is that the connection does not fit together as securely as I'd like. I've had to remove the knob three times to reconnect the wires. If not for this one flaw, I would have given it 5 stars. It is absolutely beautiful!
