Customer Reviews for Milwaukee 3/4 in. x 10 in. 4-Cutter SDS-PLUS Carbide Drill Bit

Drilled five holes in concrete and had the tip shear off on the sixth one. There was a tie wire near the last hole, but I didn’t think anything of it since it was rated for concrete with rebar. Took it back to HomeDepot but it was past the 90 day return policy by about three weeks. Talked to the Milwaukee rep at Homedepot and she wasn’t able to be much help. Maybe I just got a bad bit, but definitely hasn’t even come close to some of the other brands of bits that I have for my drill. Waste of time and money!

This drill bit worked great with little to no downward pressure. I used a battery powered hammer drill and was able to drill four holes 6 inch deep in less than 5 minutes.

If you're drilling anchor bolts in a particular location and hit a rebar this isn't the bit you're hoping for. After my 2 fluted masonry bit gave up I ran to the store and picked up this 4 fluted bit to try to finish the 3 anchor holes that had rebar blocking about 1/2 way down. Got through just one after about 10 or 15 minutes. Researched other bits online then back to the store. Got the hollow one that looks like a core drill. It cleared the other 2 holes in about 30 seconds each.

Drilled 10 holes in old hard concrete and bit worked very well.

Drill bit mushroomed at the tip after 2 mins of drilling. 2 60 seconds intervals Very poor drill bit was going to return next day but lost receipt First time I have ever had an issue

This thing kicks @$$ - cuts that took 4 minutes or more with a standard concrete bit, took less than 2 minutes with this guy, and the waste was easier to manage too!

Quality, I use them almost every day and they last

Really nice piece haven’t had to fight a rebar yet but this unit will do it as I had the 6” bit for a long time. I reposition my hole more often than drilling through but when I do this bit does the job. I do wish the 6” wasn’t out of stock though

Works great and has exceeded my expectations. I’ve used it a lot on large boulders and my foundation and still going strong.

Easily drilled through rusty steel and concrete will get other sizes

Worked well as needed.

Hit rebar twice using a new bit and it took more than 15 min of drilling to cut through the rebar on each hole. Not impressed
