Very high quality knife. Well made and as good or better than most of my higher end knives

This is my second one only because my father-in-law stole my first. I love how the blade on this stays sharp for so long, haven't had to sharpen it yet. My other main knife is the Milwaukee beak knife, that one is much cheaper but easy to open boxes and cut stuff apart with. The blade on that though I am having to sharpen every couple weeks. This just goes to show much much better this D2 knife can hold its edge.

Opens super smoothly and easily, feels great to hold. Haven’t sharpened mine since I got it (it’s been a month or so), but it’s still sharp enough for what I need

I really like this knife. Feels solid in the hand and does it’s job. It took some practice to open and close it with one hand due to the small blade lock. It could come out of the box sharper though. Like a lot of other reviews, it’s not sharp enough to shave with.

I've had mine for about a year now and its been great im going to have to sharpen the blade soon but after a year of use that is reasonable I've owned multiple brand knives but I compare this one to my buck knife I use when hunting prior to this one I was using a cat knife and the blade wouldn't stay sharp I would have to sharpen it every few days it was a nice knife lightweight but wouldn't stay sharp but this milwaukee is by far the best

This so called “Hardline” Series is a sorry excuse for a quality knife. Right out of the package the pivot was so loose i could rock the blade back and forth. Normally this wouldnt be a problem, as you can just use a T6 torx bit to tighten it, however when i attempted this the head of the screw broke off, and it still wobbles obviously after this. Maybe i just got a defective blade, who knows? But buyer beware with this thing being over $70 it may break on you within 5 mins of having it.

Im a knife colector but i also use my knifes ...for the best All atound EDC knife i have not found a better version .....my only thing is that I wish they could of came out with the same knife only in S30V blade they would of made So much more money on that because that is the most sought after Best All round steel ......yeah D2 is ok.....But S30V is WAY more agressive Of course they would of have to bump up the price to around $120 or so but it would of been The BEST KNIFE IN THE WORLD!
