This review is for the Milwaukee M12 FUEL 12-Volt Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless 3/8 in. Right Angle Impact Wrench Kit with Two 2.0 Ah Batteries. I like having the batteries and charger stored with the tool; much easier to find and use, especially if you’re not at home. The shape and size do make it easier to use, especially upside down and in close quarters. It’s heavier than I would like however, again, because of the shape it lends itself to two handed use. The multiple modes and torque make it a versatile tool. We have other Milwaukee tools and have been satisfied with their durability and functionality.

This is a great tool for working on cars and other items with tight spaces and tough nuts. Any car junkie will love this tool. Likely many other professional and industrial uses. In the linked video I show how easily it can loosen a 129ft-lb lug nut on a Tesla Model S. It has no issue whatsoever. These lug nuts are 50% tighter than most cars. So if it can do these, it should do any car. Good options on the settings, I mostly use the setting that stops when the bolts loosen up. Less likely to lose a nut/bolt that way. Amazed this much torque from a 12V system.

I'm really impressed by this tool. It's deceptively powerful given its size, and it fits in places that many standard impacts will not. It has a good balance to it for a right-angle impact wrench. It's a little top-heavy but not as much so as you'd expect. I wouldn't recommend using it one handed, but it's much easier and more comfortable to use a second hand to brace this wrench than it is with its standard counterparts. I used it to drive 1/2 lag screws into 6x6 posts and it made quick work of them, which is saying a lot since my M18 hammer drill/driver failed to drive them all the way in. Battery life is good, and the two-battery kit means you never have to miss a beat. Highly recommend.

This is just what I hoped for in battery powered impact wrench. It lives up to the Milwaukee name, it is easy to operate and really powerful. I always had a hard time getting the bolts out of my lawn mower, this wrench powered them off like they were finger tight! This has four settings, the one I like best is like "auto", it stops when the bolts are tight and when removing when the bolt it slows down after the bolt breaks free. It has a built in light as you'd expect. Milwaukee has a great ecosystem of battery operated tools that use the same battery so its an easy investment to make, this one comes with 2 batteries and charger.

Another great Milwaukee product! I truly love the M12 tools. Being a woman also means having smaller hands. This line of tools is perfect for everyday use around the house. I find that there is usually power to spare but having that second battery in this kit is great. I also love the little bag that it comes in, very handy for keeping everything together.

A great tool to reach remote fasteners, this 14” long right angle impact wrench has a metal head with a plastic body, putting the weight where its needed – the front heavy tool weights 3 lbs 4 oz with the center of gravity close to the anvil (see photo - I use the smaller chrome sockets instead of impact sockets in tight spaces). The kit includes the impact wrench, a case, two 2.0 Ah batteries and a charger – the case has hook & loop fasteners to keep the items in place. It’s a nice tool to have when needed, but because of its weight and bulk I still rely on my M12 stubby impact wrench for general work. The maximum speed is 3000 RPM with 3600 IPM max and 220 ft-lbs of torque - plenty of torque to get things done. The push button Drive Control and the Battery Charge Level indicator are located on top of the body above the trigger – see photo. The Drive Control gives you a choice of 3 speed / impact settings with a fourth mode that provides auto shut off at 15 ft-lbs of torque when tightening and when removing, it initially applies full speed and impact then slows to a reduced speed for better control. The Drive Mode indicator is dimly lit and is hard to see under strong shop lights and definitely cannot be seen in daylight. This impact wrench uses a friction ring (hog ring) to retain sockets. Forward / Lock / Reverse is controlled by a mechanical push switch above the variable speed trigger. This comes with a 5 year warranty

MILWAUKEE M12 FUEL 12-VOLT LITHIUM-ION BRUSHLESS CORDLESS 1/2 IN. RIGHT ANGLE IMPACT WRENCH KIT WITH TWO 2.0 AH BATTERIES is a very solid wrench. The weight is a little heavier than I thought it would be but it is manageable. The dual batteries in this pack will keep you working as long as you need. It comes with a canvas carrying case that fits nicely in the trunk of the car. No more wrestling with a lug wrench on the side of the road this makes quick work of getting that flat tire off and back on. It is a very handy tool to have around!

The Milwaukee m12 fuel right angle impact gun is excellent. It features a nice compact design enabling you to reach into those tights places a regular impact wrench won't fit while saving you time and money. The tool features a impressive 220lb breaking force. There are different speed and power settings letting you choose the right speed for the task at hand. I used it all day and had no problems with it dying.

The Milwaukee M12 Fuel ½” right angle impact wrench has come in so handy already! I was driving home one night from work when I unknowingly drove over a railroad spike and it blew my tire. I just whipped out this Milwaukee right angle impact and removed the lug nuts and mounted the spare tire in record time. It feels so good to not be tethered by a cord! I used to use an old CORDED ratchet to remove my winter tires in the spring and mount my summer tires. Again, in the fall, I'd remove the summer tires and mount the winter tires. This M12 battery was able to get all this done on a single charge. If you set the drive control to mode 4 (clock-wise running arrow) when removing the lug nuts with the switch in reverse, the impact wrench will start off at full RPM, but immediately decrease the revolutions when the nut is free so that your lug nut doesn't go flying. I find this to be a cool feature! If you set the drive control to mode 4 with the switch in the forward position, it will run at reduced RPM and will shut off once the torque is met. This right angle impact wrench is comfortable to hold and doesn't weigh much at all, thanks to the included CP 2.0 batteries, of which 2 are included along with a charger. I appreciate the fact that this entire kit fits neatly inside a contractor bag with a heavy duty zipper. I like to take care of my tools and this contractor bag will help me achieve that. Inside the bag, you will see that there are Velcro straps to hold in place the right angle impact wrench, the two batteries, and the charger. Now that is attention to detail! I can't help but find other uses for this tool as well. Just the other day, my 11 year old snowblower steel wheel was rusted to the axle, thanks to the road salt used over the winters. This M12 right angle impact wrench had no trouble breaking both those lugs free. My lawn mower blade was badly in need of sharpening, so I took out this tool and removed the blade with ease, allowing me to sharpen it. I have to admit- it feels pretty awesome to have so much power in such a compact and cordless unit. No matter where I go, I make sure this kit is by my side!

Make no mistake this is an actual impact wrench. In 3/8 it will handle disassembly under the hood of most vehicles. Yes, that includes 7.3 diesels, 5.4 Gas trucks and even jeeps from the 70's. It didn't matter if it was custom headers or stock exhaust manifold this tool could get in an get the bolt removed and installed. Even todays even tighter engine comparts were not a problem for this impact to "snake" in and get the job done. My Grandson who believes today cars are the greatest, found this impact easier to use than the air tools he previously swore by. I have to admit that my air tools are too cumbersome, when you add the air line when you compare them against the new Milwaukee M12 tool line. This right-angle impact does an excellent job of filling out Milwaukee's tool line. If you think you need even more power, because you work on Heavy Equipment, Milwaukee has considered you too, a 1/2-inch impact version is available. No matter what you work on the line up of Milwaukee’s M12 and M18 tools has you covered. To give you the head dimensions width is 2 1/8" the depth is 2" to the drive.

I can not wait to put this tool to work,My neighbor already wants to borrow it and I had to say no because i have not used it yet. i Love the 3 different speeds on the impact wrench and i definitely love the light.It did not take that long to charge the batteriesI am very impressed and glad i got it. Great tool. I love my m12 ratchet, but the right angle impact is awesome for everywhere it fits into.

I don’t know what is going on with it but it just lost all hammer power. I can change the settings tothe top setting an stop it with my hand

Amazing build quality and much more powerful than I expected.

Perfect, this tool is exactly what I was looking for. I find myself grabbing this before my ratchet or midrange impact. The torque is good for bolt removal and just enough torque to run the bolts down but not over torque.

Excellent power, great for getting into tight areas.

Incredible build quality and more torque than I thought possible. I use this to get into tight spots that my M18 standard impact tool just couldn't manage. Very handy.

I finally picked one of these right angle impacts up and i have no regrets. It has made a large variety of jobs much easier with being able to get into tighter areas while still providing plenty of torque.
