These are solidly built. I have had 3 different brands and these are the best quality I have ever owned or used

The tools are great. The batteries were both dead. Contacted HD and they said all would need to be returned and reordered and I’d be given a credit for my troubles. I needed the tools for a job, so I took the batteries to a local Milwaukee warranty center. They tested the batteries, said they were manufactured in 2019 and were past the 2 year warranty. Showed them that they were purchased days before so they warrantied them out for me. They said Home Depot is bad about selling old products and to never purchase any Milwaukee products that come with batteries from them. Lesson learned!

I bought this pack about a year ago. even though this isn't their top-of-the-line product they still have the same customer service as one of the high-end products. since I've gotten the tools I accidentally burned out my drill and for good reason. (i went through three- 6Ah batteries in 45min) because of extremely heavy use, I've never abused a tool like this. the drill failed but their amazing warranty still covered it. other than that one occasion I've never had a tool of theirs fail.

This combo covers all the bases for my needs. Thanks!

Great tools for a great price

There was supposed to be a extra battery with the purchase, but store said they were out so could not help me, i ask is there a way corporate could send me one and they said no, wasn't happy

how can i register the tools for warranty I need help to register the tools

I use the tools all the time plenty of power quick recharges I love the fact that the batteries also work with other tools that were not in the kit Definitely would recommend this kit for anyone that has projects that need to be tamed

This is junk it got burn it was a defective piece tool because even the cable burned down and stopped working I put the insurance and everything and went to Home Depot to get a replacement and they didn’t help at all nothing they didn’t even want to change it awful customer service and the warranty doesn’t change it either

I forgot to check off for free battery I asked him for free battery that came with the Labor Day sale and they told me I had a box everything up and take it back to them to get a free battery that is the worst I have ever seen that’s why I shop at Lowe’s
