Hacksaw has some major power to cut through old bath tub and old hardwood with no hesitation at all, while using the 5.0 ah. Definitely recommend for big or small jobs.

I’ve owned this saw for 4-5 years now and it is great in light duty applications such as pruning small branches, trimming a hedge, etc. The ability to use it one handed is a huge plus when working around the yard. However, if you need to cut anything with larger diameters (~3”+), then upgrading to the FUEL version or a full-sized Sawzall may be better. While it will cut larger diameters, it slows down considerably and goes through battery life quickly in this applications.

The quality is good, however, not very fast when cutting tree branches.
