I've wanted this portable band saw for about a year now and I've finally got it! It's everything I hope it would be. The saw is a solid build. Powerful enough to rip through 4 rigid pipe with ease (havent had any 5" projects yet. The variable speed control allows for adjustments to make smoother or faster cuts depending on the project your working on. The m18 batteries cannot be beat. This kit get 5 stars on every front and I WILL recommend.

The Saw comes with a very aggressive blade, if you are cutting uni-strut get the finer tooth thin metal band saw blade.

New version is terrible
Unless you have a pipe vise with you all day this thing is useless. The new safety features make every cut a 2 man job. Don't buy this. Our guys are getting more pipe up using hack-saws.
