Have a massive amount of milwaukee and this addition is perfect.

Worth every penny, absolute must have for your tool collection. Makes short work with cutting thick steel.

This machine is a work of art works better then the one with the cord, plus you don’t struggle with the extension cords, for example I build fence for living and wen I build custom home owner fences, there always trees or plans and the cords always getting stuck and with the cordless bandsaw you don’t have to worry about a thing. Longest your batteries are always charge you should be good to go, I recommend this bandsaw to all ma coworkers and any people that use bandsaw at there job or projects..

Excellent compact band saw. I'm not the biggest fan of the dual triggers but I got used to it fairly fast. At least I know I won't cut my fingers off.

I use this product cutting high strength Williams bars works great what I don’t like is tires on seem to come off very easily and gets lost having me to order new ones and I just bought the one I have only a month old

Just what was needed, I mainly use it for victualic couplings on water lines. And it works great, easy to exchange impact sockets and heavy duty enough for the big jobs.

Looks great have not used yet, have only plugged in battery to test.

I’m writing this review for a reason. I don’t even have to pay for any of my power tools. Covers by company. But this has happened to many times I had to get on this site to let someone know. Bandsaw was brand new. We are in Minnesota, so cold. But I have had two of these legit start electrical smoking fire . After trying to use brand new right out of the box. Starting to think they don’t make there products like that use to. This product is no good

Great saw just hate the dual trigger function

the porta band saw is a great tool fast to cut whatever you throw at it , that being said the 2 trigger system is crazy maybe adopt the same technology that the table saw has where it kills power and drops the saw out of the way. a break on the blade could save a finger with out having to play bop it to use the tool.

I’ve not had a lot of time to try this tool out. I’m very impressed with how it’s built and the easy blade change. The 2nd trigger is not necessary.

Great tool for cutting wood and metal. I used to but stainless steel. I also bought the guards for this bandsaw.

Very quick and batteries last longer than the older models

This saw is very handy when moving around the shop or job site. Fast, lightweight and can cut through about anything you put it on.

Great portable saw. As a Journeyman Plumber it makes consistent cuts all day. Saw-all are lighter, and more convenient. However, blades dual quickly, so my appreciates cuts start getting ugly after 200ft of pipe, with various pipe sizes and branch fixture drains. The Deep cut Band Saw corrects that. * I don't generally Prasie Hand tools, because they break so easily, (I Have 6 Milwaukee Saw-alls) But, I will Prasie the Rafter hook. It almost forces you to hang it. So, it teaches proper Tool responsibility, and as a Plumbing Trainer, most of the young men never even turned a wrench on there own bike, so it's harder too get the next generation too respect the 14 packout boxes, full of Fuel* power tools..

I bought this specifically to cut rebar. it cuts it like butter. the blade is easy to install. the tool is a bit on the heavy side. There is no trigger lock. As a one handed person, I found this saw to a bit too awkward to hold safely. I am going to return it as There is no trigger lock and I want to put this in a table bench adapter. it is with heavy heart that I am going to return this for the ac version to allow me to use it with a foot pedal. I truly am bummed as I really like this piece of kit. so Milwaukee, I would have kept this if you guys had a trigger lock. I can't use a foot pedal with batteries. I will write up a better review for the corded version once I get it and the stand from SWAG.

I am an electrician with small hands. The safety trigger is impossible for me to push with my hand properly placed. I usually have to depress it and reposition my hand, which lead me to momentary loose control of the bandsaw until I can grip it properly. Sometimes I prop it on my leg to bear the weight while I shift my hand, but then I have the moving blade too close to my skin for comfort. It’s against osha to disable it, so I am stuck with an unsafe Safety feature. It needs to be redesigned. It cuts really well, and the two hooks make storage and tan sorting it easy, so it gets a star for that.

It is so awkward using this saw. Having to go through a sequence to use the double trigger it’s so inconvenient.

This tool is great and has really saved me a ton of time while cutting.

I use this band saw with an 8.0ah battery hundreds of tubing cuts on a single charge. Highly recommend!

First off I had to wait a couple of weeks to get it shipped to the store and upon receiving it the box was damaged (but it had heavy duty tape that read PASSED INSPECTION) but I should’ve been warned cause a week later the safety trigger no longer turned the tool ON. So I returned it
