It has stopped working already. The battery holder does not show any power. Tried 3 different batteries. And i know its not the batteries because they charge fine and work in my power equipment.

This jacket is awesome! I got it for late night rides on my motorcycle and it fits the bill. It is a little big but heats up well and stays a comfortable temperature even a tire setting.

My jacket arrived today and it is all I expected. Good fit. Quality material.

Initial impression: The jacket seems like it is made of nice and durable materials. The heating zones are on the chest, upper back and on the belly pockets. The navy color looks nice and I have received a lot of compliments from my coworkers and customers on how good the jacket looks. It doesn’t get as hot as I hoped it would and the battery life is pretty short on high heat. The fit runs a bit larger than normal probably to accommodate multiple layers of clothes underneath. I think the retail price is too high for what you get. I would have liked to have more zones available such as the shoulders and lower back. I also have the heated hoodie and it seems like it does a better job of heating with only the two upper heating elements. If anyone from Milwaukee reads this, please offer a jacket with more zones and that will accommodate two M12 batteries. Anything with front belly pockets should have elements for the hand warmers.

I've had great luck with Home Depot's home delivery service, typically delivered by UPS. This order was handled by FedEx and was never received. Home Depot's response was to challenge it with my credit card company. No one at either Home Depot or FedEx showed any concern for the lost delivery. We live in a rural area, so it's highly unlikely it was stolen from the porch.

Nice coat but very heavy I don’t like my clothes tight so you don’t feel the heat much unless you hold it on you but it keeps you warm

Best jacket I’ve ever owned even to the point where it looks a little dressy just to go out with. But definitely get it a little small their sizes run really big but I absolutely love it!!!

my old Milwaukee works better than this, it is a waste of money, and it doesn't keep warm. you have to put something on top if you want to keep warm the jacket
