It's super quiet compared to my nearly 15yr old (but still running strong self propelled Toro mower). All my comments below will be a direct comparison to my current gas mower.
The good stuff:
- Wheels must have sealed roller bearings inside because they roll very smooth. It is VERY easy to push/maneuver the mower around even without the self propelled motor
- Locking detents for the collapsible handle is a nice touch
- I've rarely needed to mow into the sunset, but it's nice to have some lights
- Dual rapid charger charges both batteries at once so much quicker recover time
The OK stuff:
- The grass clipping bag is a super tight fit, straight forward install but one side of the anchors is stretched and not latching as cleanly as the other side
- Dual rapid chargers make a lot of noise, almost like there is a fan inside to dissipate heat or something is just humming while charging. A slight annoyance, but my single rapid charger does the same thing, just not as loud.
The Unknown:
- Time will tell how reliable this will be. I've had my gas mower for 15 years and with my minimal DIY skills have managed to repair and keep it running in perfect order. This mower is all electric, so there is nothing serviceable other than to replace parts, which can get very expensive very fast since everything is proprietary to Milwaukee.

This is a cheaply made toy
I’ve only used this mower about four times. My son wanted to help mow the grass and he accidentally hit this extremely small stump, pictured below, with the mower and the motor completely ripped out of the mower deck. The mower deck must be made out of some kind of plastic. For a top-of-the-line mower of this price tag, I think this is ridiculous!
When I called the Milwaukee customer service, they said that I had to drive it to a repair center before they could let me know whether or not it would be covered.
This repair center, which doesn’t take phone calls, is between one and two hours away depending on traffic. After much pleading, she finally agreed to find out if it would be under warranty. After sending her the pictures below, she said it would not be under warranty. I made the investment in this mower because I thought I would have it for many years, and I got about four uses out of it.
I have a ton of Milwaukee tools I like, but Definitely avoid this mower!!! It is more of a toy than a lawnmower.

This thing is an absolute monster. With my old gas mower, I used to not be able to mulch while mowing without bogging down my mower. This mower handles with ease. I mow about 1/3 acre only using half battery life on the highest setting.

Love these! Great protection for the eyes from physical debris and the sun. I always keep a pair in the truck for work on the job site.

Milwaukee Warranty is a pain
Need a replacement part (28-41-0018 rear guard service kit).
Only way to get the part replace free under warranty is to take the entire lawn mower to a service center. This is a major pain to pack up an entire lawn mower for a simple part that can be repaired at home with 3 screws. This isn't a hand tool I can easily load into the back of my vehicle.
I know Rigid will sends replacement warranty parts free by mail so I would reconsider this purchase if I were you.

Fogged up and concrete dust got through the gasket
After only one use I am completely disappointed in these. I was hammer drilling drop in anchors above head and figured I would try these out so I’m would stop getting concrete dust in my eyes and stop fogging up my regular safety glasses from wearing my dust mask. These turned out to be just as worst as your run of the mill 2$ safety glasses. I got so much concrete dust inside that every time I wiped it off they would scratch up. I don’t understand what the gasket is even for if it doesn’t work.

No suction
This spring there was huge dead patches in my beautiful new sod lawn, I contacted the turf farm because I had used all the recommended fertilizers brand new topsoil and sod, I showed them the pictures and they said it was caused from the mulch left from the mower not picking up, we always used grass catcher and we cut on #3 height on high vacuum then mowed it twice each direction once a week to get any leftover grass that was uncut. I mow my entire lawn (100’x70’) and get a handful of clippings

Nice enough glasses IF THEY FIT.
If your nose has a high bridge, common in my "tribe," these glasses may sit too high. They leave a gap between the lens and my cheek big enough to stick a finger through. This makes them almost useless for work below chest level, or for stuff flying up from other people's work. It also puts the top edge of the reading lens almost level with the center of my pupil - gotta tilt my head down to look straight ahead, and it's awkward to watch my footing on rough ground. Quality good otherwise.

Yes please, can I get another!
Where to start, right off the bat it came with 2 M18 12amp batteries! The mower has sufficient power to mow my 1/4 acre yard and still having 2 bars left. I bought the mower so my kids can help mow when I’m at work and it delivers the power and ease.

The Mighty Have Fallen
Remember when Milwaukee stood behind their products? Those days are over.
I purchased this mower at my local Home Depot in September. There was no bag of hardware or parts to assemble it anywhere in the box. I contacted Milwaukee four times. When I did get someone to help, I had to look up every part for them because they wouldn't do it. That was September 27th and they promised the replacement parts would go out that same day.
I'm pretty sure they didn't send the parts. I had to buy my own.

Blade fell off when starting motor!
After 4 weeks of using the mower, the blade came off when I pushed the start button and it dropped in the dirt next to the mower. I emailed Milwaukee tech support on Tuesday. They claim to respond within 48 hours. By Friday, no answer. I called 1-800-Sawdust. Customer service told me the tech support guys already went home. (It was still business hours). I normally buy power tools from another brand but this expensive mower had convinced me. Now I am not even sure whether it is safe to use.

Don't waste your money
The lawn mower was easy to setup and comes with two giant batteries but it pretty much stops there. This is a $300 mower with batteries you can use with your other tools. While mowing the mower hit a piece of metal and the motor housing fell off rendering the mower a piece of lawn art. Milwaukee now is servicing mower for $400 and the mower will only be used to mow pristine fairways at Augusta now. The LED lights are cool.

Mostly great but with a fatal flaw
This mower has plenty of power and cuts well. From the 2 times I was able to use it before it self destructed it seems like the battery is great. Its fatal flaw is that the housing for the electric motor is entirely made of cheap plastic. This means the second you even graze a small rock on your lawn the motor will separate from the mower. Thankfully I was on flat level ground when mine broke and it didn’t cut one of my legs off in the process. Definitely cannot recommend.

No UV protection. They are useless
Who makes sunglasses that don't protect you from the sun? I'm dumb founded. Milwaukee wants to sell and doesn't care about the safety of your eyes.

The worst Milwaukee product I ever bought.
I ordered this Milwaukee M18 mower as a gift for my father. UPS damaged the box and said they would tell HD about it. They didn't. I charged the batteries and it would not stay on. The Milwaukee M18 mower shuts down after 3 seconds. Milwaukee wanted me to drive all the way up to Atlanta, GA to have it repaired. I haven't had it 24 hours. This has just been an awful experience. I do not recommend this mower. Their power tools, yes. The mower, no.

So far excellent. Mowed my lawn twice still on the initial charge. Probably get two or three additional cuts on the initial charge. Small yard but still impressive. Easy to maneuver and way easier to push than my last mower.

I couldn’t be more pleased
If you’re on the M18 platform and can use the 12Ah batteries with all you other M18 tools, in essence, you’re getting a commercial grade mower for $500 because the batteries are $500 as well.

I am not a professional landscaper.
I haven't owned this mower for a little more than a year. the bags stitching has become undone in the corner. for amount of money spent on this I would of expected far better quality from Milwaukee. Kinda disappointed.

Comfortable but unlike the marketing name the lenses do scratch.
I only had these for a month before I started having trouble seeing out the right eye. Thought they were dirty so I gave them a gentle washing in sink with Dawn dish soap and then noticed the scratches. I take good care of my tools and especially my eyewear so puzzled how these got destroyed so quickly. I give three stars because they are comfortable and they are not expensive but Milwaukee shouldn’t name these “anti-scratch”. I will buy replacement lense.

Just some of the best safety glasses I've ever purchased....
Just some of the best safety glasses I've ever purchased. As for impact resistance, they are very well designed, and I must say they look pretty cool, as they appear to be regular sunglasses, but with a little style to them as I've seen, safety glasses seeming to be going in that direction over the last 10 or 15 years. Five stars***** I would fully recommend these to any contractor or plumber, or where safety is a must in the work place.

beast
we was deciding which lawnmower to get cordless, after buying the cordless vacuum for the semi truck, I wanted the Milwaukee Mower with the M18 battery - my wife wanted the Ryobi for the AWD to mow the hill we live on, I won and got the Milwaukee, and it exceeded my expectations . This Mower has so much torque, we only used power level 3, and chased it up the hill mowing our yard, and still had 3 battery lights left to use next week. Storage is a breeze too.

Safety Sun glasses are comfortable and durable
Milwaukee is a trusted name in tools and accessories. These tinted safety glasses offer great impact resistance and wrap around protection. They are also dark tined to offer sun shading with UV protection and anti-fog treatment to keep you vision clear. They provide military grade safety protection and the lenses are scratch resistant. These are light weight and very comfortable glasses. They fit nicely on the face and are easy of the nose. I have dropped them from heights, sat on them, and even stepped on them and they were unharmed. These glasses are backed by a lifetime warranty.
