A good bowl to keep warm on a cool night. The bowl, delivered by Estes and needed to be signed for, arrived in great condition. It was easy to set up and we used it the same night, about 40 deg temp. Once it burned for a while we could feel the heat although we still needed to wear our coats to be warm. After enjoying the brisk air and flames, it was nice to just turn it off and come inside without the smoky smell and clean up we had from our wood fire pit. One description detail that needs correcting, the box clearly states that the heat output is 40,000 BTUs. Not sure how much the 10,000 BTU difference makes but when comparing against other products its important to have the correct info. Box includes the battery needed for the push button start as well as a tan plastic cover, which I wish was black to match the bowl. Its on the small side so be sure to measure. It fit our small deck area and overall we are happy with our purchase.

Great fire pit. Looks amazing, easy to use and puts off a good amount of heat. Just wish a propane tank cover was included for the high price.

Thermocouple is defective. Trying to find part. bummer

Love the look although i wish it was made for direct hook up to my natural gas line or the tank was hidden in it. I bought a table under which i hide the tank but the big black hose connector can still be seen. i also would have preferred a cleaner look without the handholds on the sides.

LOVE it...perfect style and size for our needs. Works great and surprisingly throws off quite a bit of heat. My only issue was the color. It said it was a honed dark gray--and was what I wanted. In reality, it's a lighter gray. Product is still really nice and I would definitely recommend it! I'll probably repaint it sometime in the future (I'm picky).

Works great. Easy assembly...was ready to go in 15 mins. Hardest part was unpacking because it was packed so well, which is a total plus!

This firebowl looks really good on my patio day and night. It works well and gives off a nice amount of heat.

The fire pit is very nice, works well, and has a great modern look. Unfortunately, we had to order three of these before we received one that wasn’t crushed. It was a pain having to haul the fire pit and all of the packing materials to the store for a return...TWICE!

Although the unit seems to be high-quality, we received a defective burner unit. Support team was helpful but we still couldn't get it to work. Ordered a second fire bowl and it was damaged in shipping. Disappointed because this is such a nice looking fire bowl.

The product is magnificent and just as pictured. Heavy duty and solid to stand the outdoor environment. The time to delivery was reasonable but unfortunately like with so many heavy items purchased online it arrived with one side broken and "punched" in. The outter packaging was pretty badly damaged so not sure if the freighter didn't handle properly. The return to a home depot location was easy and I've now reordered it and having it delivered to picked up at the store. Maybe the second time around will be in good condition.

We wanted to upgrade our patio with a new fire pit. We liked the simple yet classic design of the Nantucket fire pit. The setup was simple as all we had to do was take it out of the box and place it on our patio. We put the included lava rock around the burner, hooked it to a LP gas tank and then started a fire. Very easy. The flame is easy to adjust by just turning the knob. We like the height of the fire pit. We put four chairs around it and it does a nice job heating your body as it has a lower profile.

We searched around before selecting the Venice fire pit. The color and overall design fits beautifully on our outdoor patio. The item arrived at our front door and was extremely easy to unpack and setup. There was no assembly required. We inserted the included battery for the push button start electronic ignition, hooked it up to our 20 lb LP gas tank and fired it up! The flame is easily adjustable via the panel knob. A simple turn increases or decreases the flame height. The first night we set it up we had our neighbors over for an evening get together on the patio. We received numerous compliments on the beautiful color and style. The kids wanted to roast marshmallows! We are loving our new fire pit! 5 stars!!

I love our new fire pit. It's beautiful! It came fully assembled. All we had to do was take it out of the box, put it on our patio and connect it to a LP gas tank. It comes with lava rock which was easy to spread around the burner. The burner system is made out of stainless steel. We checked around and did not find many other fire pits at this price point with a stainless steel burner system. It has a push button start electronic ignition to light the burner. The flame height is adjustable through a simple knob turn. We set four chairs around it and it kept us all warm on a chilly evening. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase!
