Worst ever! I followed the directions to the letter. I rinsed for a long time, Left my siding blocky and uneven. Extreme damage to my windows is unreal even after I rinsed extremely well. Can’t get this stuff off my glass. I even had a professional power wash company try. Still the siding is horrible and he didn’t even know what to do about windows. Now I have to replace glass and and siding. company to come and fix issue or pay to fix Do not use this product you will regret it!!!!

It got the mold off my wood siding, but I applied it straight outta the jug twice and let it set, I also had to scrub some areas.

1. It did not shoot to the top of the 2nd floor. I used a 75' hose and have a well pump at about 45 psi. 2. It did not remove the mold on the first round, so I did a second round. It loosens a lot, but did not remove it. I'm sure it made it easier to brush off. 3. I got out my brush. Looks so easy on you tube. Just try to get into those indentations with a brush. I just did the side of the garage as shown. It's brutal. Now multiply that by the rest of the 2 story house. 4. I also did the back of the house with the power washer. 5 stars for that method. But you need a power washer and be able to go up a tall ladder. Many people do not want to do that.

What i learned while using this product: DO wear eye protection DONT use when sun is blasting in your eyes DONT use if there is a breeze or wind Product does not reach up to second story as it states. I was up on a ladder reaching over porch roof and still didnt seem like enough pressure (yes my hose was on full blast). Seems i need to do another round which the bottle states a second application might be req’d. YES it works YES it was easy YES i would recommend :-)

Highly recommended for best way to get mold off no need to buy a steam cleaner for hundreds of dollars. I keep an extra gallon for touch ups which far from in between the first wash.

This product worked EXCELLENT BUT BEWARE! There is BLEACH in it! It totally ruined my new t-shirt when it sprayed on me. And it is a strong odor, now keep in mind it makes the house smell clean and look amazing, but don't get it on your hands if you are sensitive to smells! It takes awhile for it to stop smelling. My siding looks like new after using this product, scrubbing with a brush and power washing off.

This item works well, cleans well on vinyl siding. You just spray it on and leave for about 5-10 mins then rinse (make sure to rinse it good or might stain some area). Preferably do it during spring or fall when not too hot or too cold. Only thing I didn’t like was that my home is 2 story and it didn’t reach the top as advertised good thing the top isn’t as green or dirty as the lower house. Maybe my water pressure isn’t too high or maybe the hose I used. Also wear eye protection and a mask just in case you spraying it up and kinda splash back at you. Long sleeve and pants just in case. Also the bottle claim to use for up to 4K sq ft I don’t think that is true, I recommend getting getting a bottle or 2 extra in handy. I used 3 bottles. Avoid windows and trims as paint may be remove from spraying.

I purchased this product to clean the Mildew from the Eaves and Soffit on My Home, I applied with a Pump Up Sprayer and the Used an Electric Power Washer to remove the Residue. I was very Pleased with the results, Re-Painting was easy and should give Me 5 Years b/4 Painting again.

As a Handyman Professional I depend on products that work! This product works! Cleans vinyl soffit and fascia like new without mold and mildew shadowing. Cleans aluminum gutters like new. My customers cannot believe the results. Use as directed... Excellent product for soft washing complete exterior of homes. Thank you Mold Armor!

We live on the Texas gulf coast I use this house wash every Spring to help remove dirt, pollen light mold, and mildew. It does a fair job but it does not remove heavy mildew or algae, I spray those areas before hand with a strong bleach and water mixture or use my pressure cleaner on the heavy areas. This cleaner is safe to use as long as you rinse it well. It also is fairly mild on fabrics but you might want to test them first. I do like the fact that this cleaner rinses off windows with very little streaking and will clean the window through the screen. This cleaner in one gallon refill bottles cost half as much per ounce as the hose end sprayer. I would recommend it for mild, safe house washing.

Best house wash around.

Worked awesome, saved me hours!

As a cleaner it worked fairly well but works best if you can also scrub the house. Biggest downside is that it chemically melted some caulking around siding and windows

My home has a north facing side that is adjacent to a vacant lot with tall pines and heavy vegetation. The constant shade and high humidity makes mold growth much worse than the rest of the house. I decided to try Mold Armor E-Z House Wash, partly because of prior research on similar products and partly because of the reasonable price and 25% bonus packaging. The day that I used it, the house definitely looked better. Not perfect but noticeably better. What surprised me was how much better it looked a week later. And a week after that. At about four weeks, there was hardly a trace of mold anywhere on that side of the house. My only "problem" was that I washed about a 6 foot wide area on the back of the house when I did the problem side. Even without a mold problem in that area, that 6 foot area looked so much better than the rest of the house that my wife absolutely insisted that the rest of the house needed to be done too. Hence, the purchase of the one gallon refill. Easily enough to clean our entire house for less than $15. Be sure to have eye protection and wear old clothes when using this or any bleach based product. Safety First!

Awesome product cleans very well I'f you have heavy molds you may need to do another wash leaves a clean shine

Used it and did half the house, the south side had green pollen stuck to it and this did the trick, sprayed it on waited a couple minutes used a car wash brush with an extended handle on this side of the house because that pollen is very sticky. nice and clean now.

works well full strength, however through hose end sprayer it is not very effective.

Did an excellent job and very easy to use.

I have been power washing homes for 15 years and this is by far the easiest and safest detergent I have used. I spray it on house wait 15 min and rinse with a wide tip spray nozzle. I would highly recommend this to everyone. There are detergent out on market that are good but they have a very high concentration of bleach mixed in.

Does exactly what bleach does. 1:1 mix ratio and 1oz of elemonator as a siding wash and looks like new.
