Easy to use, and works well. It has a safety lock to prevent accidental spray. After two or three treatments, it arrested the spread of mold on sheetrock.

Great Product
Works VERY well. I had mold on a wood floor. After spraying and brushing the floor with a soft bristle brush, the floor came back to it beautiful color.

When using this product as a one-step disinfectant, cleaner, sanitizer, fungicide, mildewstat and virucide, apply the product to the surface and leave wet for 10 minutes (do not let product dry during this time). You will then let the surface air dry or wipe dry. For heavily soiled areas, a preliminary cleaning is required before applying the product. This product does not contains abrasives, bleach or harsh acids and is not intended to be a replacement for areas where bleach is used. Removes the mold
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this about month ago to try out. I had very troublesome mold that kept appearing around my bathtub that other cleaners could not completely kill. I have been using this since I got it and it has really cleaned and removed the mold stains. Bonus is it disinfects as it cleans.
