Totally Amazing!
The mold actually vanished as I watched.
Our vent fan was cheap and didn't dry the moisture from the shower. We cleaned the mold a few years ago with bleach but it has come back. We installed a new fan. and bought this. I sprayed this product on and in 20 seconds the wall was clean.

Says what it says its going to do!
Amazing stuff. Everyone in the reviews has already covered what to do and how to prep before you start using it. I used it on my air handling unit and it ended up taking 2-3 spray sessions, but all the mildew is gone! Pics are worth 1000 words. Buy it!

Easy to use, just spray and wait. Bathroom mold was gone in minutes. I did have a paper towel handy to catch lots of drips running down the wall. Worked on painted bathroom wall. FYI, Sodium Hypochlorite is just household bleach, but the other ingredient seemed to be helpful. I’ve used bleach and water and I don’t think it worked as well as this.

Burned for Christmas
While paying the sprayer split from the bottle and the product splashed in my face and clothing. I have blurry vision, tracking in my left eye and chemical burns on my face. The manufacturer and Home Depot are negligent in continuing to put out this product using a sprayer that has a tendency to split.

HOLY COW MOLD SLAYER!!!!!
I bought a house which had hella mold in the bathroom. I figured I would give this a go and see if it helped, and I was so pleasantly surprised with the results. I emptied a whole sprayed to get this done, and two hours, but it was well worth it. Here are some tips:
• Wear protection. I wore gloves, I wore a respirator, I wore goggles. I’m going to do two more rooms in the house, and I’ll wear the full suit and look like I’m in a Ebola movie.
• It gets everywhere. Protect your stuff, clever things if you need to, clear the room. For the ceilings in the other rooms I’m going to cover everything with heavy plastic like I was going to paint.
• Open a window, have fans blowing, wear a mask. You don’t want to breathe this stuff in.
• For really bad mold, you’ll need to spray, wait 5-10 minutes, spray again until it’s all gone. Be patient. The mold with die, and then disappear. I promise.
• For large areas, get one of those pump thingys they usually use for round up, and pour the magic Mold-killing potion in there. It’ll help you mist and spray more evenly.
• Throw the bottle away when you’re done. Even if it has product still in it. This stuff is hella potent. Just buy more when you need it the next time.
• I had initially bought RMR 86 online but didn’t want to wait so long. This stuff works just as well, and is available locally, and is cheaper. BUY IT!

WOW!!! It’s like magic!
I never got my letter to Hogwarts, but this spray made me feel like a witch anyway. You spray it on your mold spot and simply watch the mold completely disappear right before your eyes! No wiping necessary! You may need to spray the spot multiple times, and really severe mold spots can take a bit of time to disappear completely, but this stuff works. It really is like magic

Sprayed the product on Waited 10 minutes, use the hose to rinse it off, just a little bit of residue left on so I sprayed it again waited 10 minutes and rinsed it off with the hose again. My shed roof looks like it’s brand new out-of-the-box

These jugs are huge! Perfect for outdoor grime and spots that don't get a lot of sun. Works like a charm. I used to get these in the smaller spray bottles, but getting in the huge jug size, it decreases my trips to the store!
This can only be used on hard non-porous surfaces only -- it can NOT be used with a pressure washer. It must be used with a hand pump spray bottle with a transfer from the container to the bottle.
The active ingredients are sodium hypochlorite and sodium carbonate.
Good for acrylic, laminate, steel and stainless steel, porcelain, grout, glass, chrome and formica.
Do NOT use in a fish aquarium. It will kill the fish.
Do NOT ever mix it with any other cleaning fluid. This bottle has very potent and powerful chemicals in it. So much so that you must wear waterproof gloves when working with it. I also suggest being in very old and ratty clothes too since it will discolor them.
I use it in our shower for the grout. We also have some brick work outside that never gets sunshine or warmth to kill the mildew that can build up.
Excellent product, but do heed the warnings!
