I honestly expected it not to work. Look!!! One application and I let it sit for about 10-15 minutes. Then rinsed with a regular nozzle on my hose. I literally watched the stuff fall off the bricks!!!

Mold Armor FG51164 E-Z - Formulation works, but not the Sprayer Mechanisms; 3 Stars for the Idea.... I've used this before and had dripping from the hose attachment, but this time the part of the bottle neck that attaches the sprayer to the bottle just popped off. No way to continue spraying nor re attach. So, I hunted up a small multi purpose spray bottle and tried. That did not spray far enough. So, ended up dumping the left over on the mossy sidewalks it wasn't meant for & helped a little with that. Was left with 1/2 washed home, but left with water for the rest. Wear clothing you don't care about at all. Bleach spots from leaks. Most hose attached sprayers do leak a little or a lot!

Doesn’t work on stucco, I applied it twice per instructions and it didn’t do a darn thing. I can see it easily removing mildew from siding, but doesn’t kill or remove the mildew that is in porous material. I guess I will have to get out the pressure washer. Plus, I’m returning the remnants back to Home Depot.

Even though we clean our two story colonial every year due to light vinyl siding and shade, it was pretty bad. We bought this product hoping to make things easier than what we've been doing. We sprayed it on and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Wearing eye protection and gloves is a MUST! We then tried rinsing it off but the spray from the bottle was kind of weak. We then switched to a regular hose and nozzle and it started coming off but you have to get close and really blast it. There was quite the difference but it needed another coat of the product. When we did the rinsing again, my husband used a long handled soft brush and brushed some of the harder spots while I sprayed. We were surprised by how good it looked after the second coat. We would highly recommend this product. Again, do NOT do this without eye protection or gloves and never on a windy day.

Product did a great job, saved me $400 on power washing a two story house.

It's not quite as 'EZ' as it claims. It does loosen some of the mold to be rinsed away, but not all. So, I applied it, let it sit for 10 minutes and used a long-handled deck brush to scrub the stained areas. I initially used the 'rinse' setting on the bottle but found that using a spray nozzle on the hose with a stronger water stream rinsed better. I did have to go back with the deck brush a couple times in a few spots, but it wasn't too difficult. While not as pristine as it would be using a power washer, overall, I'm very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend this product. Pictures of the front of the house before and after for comparison.

Used on the north end of the house. Sprayed it on waited 10 minutes or more. Tried to spray it off using the bottle. Didn't touch the mold. Also the TV ads show you being able to use it up to a second story, this got up maybe about 12 feet. And to do that you are almost shooting it straight up which means it can come back down in your face. I put on a motorcycle helmet just in case and did have some drops on the visor. In the end I pulled out a long handled boat brush and used that to scrub off the mold lower down. But what was the point? If it worked as advertised that should not be necessary. I even switched out to my regular hose nozzle which worked a bit better but still did not remove all or much of the mold.

We bought put home about two years and it has an old wooden fence (at least 10 years old) that has NEVER been cleaned. We have toyed with replacing it, but I thought I would try and salvage it. I just started today and thrilled with the results! Years of mold washed off (I did use a hard bristle scrub brush for the tough areas). I can’t wait to see the finished project now!

No need for having to use the power washer. Follow the directions and you won't be disappointed.. The end sprayer does reach the peak of my 2 story home, no problem. I am on city water and the pressure also helps in the distribution of the product. Will I purchase the product again, yes I will.

This product removed the mildew from our siding but every window now has streaks that cannot be removed! I have tried every cleaing product to remove the streaks and all have failed. If you slide your finger on the window you can feel slickness when coming in contact with the streak left by the cleaner. Has anyone else experience this?

After reading the reviews, especially the negative ones, I figured it was worth the $10 to not pull out my pressure washer and ladder to clean the north facing side of my house - I was absolutely NOT disappointed! This stuff works great! It was easy to setup and use and as i worked my way across the house, I could already see it working. Within 15 minutes, most of the heavy mold/mildew was gone, although there were a few spots that I may not have covered and will need a second treatment, it reached mid level of my second floor with no problem. I highly recommend this product!!

My carport had buildup mildew from a leaking drain. The drain leaked several months once i used this product it looked like the bricks was pressure washed by a professional.

I didn’t want to buy a power washer and got this to clean the whole side of my house without having to scrub. I was a little hesitant but this stuff is great!! I wish it came in a bigger container but I will certainly use this product in my yearly cleanup.

I watched a YouTube video on this product. I thought I would try it out. I’m glad I did!! What a difference it makes on the bay window and siding!! No scrubbing, just spray on, wait 10 minutes then rinse. I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I didn't feel like dragging out the pressure washer to clean the north side of my house, which by the way has been collecting this green crud for the past 8 years. On recommendation from a friend I decided to give it a try and I'm impressed to say the least and it takes a lot to do that. Just like the instructions say, spray on, wait 10 mins and rinse off. The first application would have been enough but decided to do it a 2nd time because it's been so long and my siding looks almost brand new again. Will most definitely buy more so I can keep up with it every year. Matter of fact I did just order a gallon refill for the same cost as the half gallon sprayer. Before and after pics tell the story.

This product worked amazing on getting the “green stuff” off the north side of our house. What I didnt know was the solution that was soraying back on my and running doen my arm would bleach my clotes and burn my grass. Use with precaution.

We have vinyl siding and the north side has slowly been showing mold spots. Some areas are much worse than others. We have owned our home for 12 years and yesterday was the first time we have ever cleaned it. We purchased the 64 oz. size of the Mold Armour House Wash and also the 32 oz. Rapid Clean Remediation. Our home is 1,484 square feet, but we only had mold on the north side. At first I sprayed the remediation spray around the front walkway and front door. I also used it on larger spots of mold that were in reach. Within a minute or two, without even rinsing, the mold was completely gone. I went on to use the 64 oz size and sprayed the entire north facing siding. I let it sit about 10 minutes before giving it a good rinse with a garden sprayer that was attached to my garden house. After rinsing, ALL the mold was gone. Completely gone. One minute I am on the computer researching how to get rid of mold, and the next I am at Home Depot buying this amazing product. For the price, I did not think it would remove everything....all the mold and dirt and grime that had built up, but it did! This product by far exceeded my expectations, and I didn't even need to do any scrubbing! I literally just sprayed, waited, and rinsed. I told my husband we should be proactive and spray it on our entire house at least once a year. For the price of this product, that will be completely doable.

I am very pleased with how quickly abs easily this removes mildew from my garage door in just one try. I will go over it once more because my arm got tired but I would recommend it to anyone.

Minus a star bc the direction to turn on the nozzle. If I was planning on spraying myself in the face with product when i want to turn it off, then its right on. Every time I would turn right to turn the rinse off (natural way to shut things off), it was actually in the direction of product spray. As far as product effectiveness...This north side of my house is the only one that has issues because lack of sun. I cleaned the stucco (pictured) and the parts of overhang that were dirty with algae - 8 years worth of dirt. It took about 90% of the bottle - majority of that on the stucco. I followed directions and sprayed the stucco at 6 separare 10 minute intervals to allow product to sit. Last 3 intervals i decided to use a scrub brush and a little elbow grease to help it a long. Im guessing if it wasnt so much old built up dirt, it probably does the job without using the whole container

Tried this product for the first time today, Had a little black and green mold, mostly on the shade side of house. There were a couple heavy green spots, so I scrubbed those a little before using this to loosen them up. This product works great! Just had to hit a few spots a second time. The large jug and the small sprayer will do the entire colonial.

First the packing and design are nothing like whats pictured. You can very little distance out of the sprayer could not reach the second story of my house and I have city water without water pressure issues.

Very simple to use. At first I was a little skeptical but this really does clean off mold and mildew without scrubbing. You do have to apply more than one application though. Tip: Let it dry between each application.

Work effortlessly on my patio aluminum awning. Got rid of the grime and dirt within 10mins of letting the solution sit. I would defenitely recommend it.

A cheaper, perhaps a more effective solution, would be a bleach/water solution, but overall this Mold Armor House Wash was effective. But since I was lazy and also wanted a hose sprayer (for future mixes), I thought I'd give it a try. The mildew stains on the side of our house, which does not see any sun, had not been washed for almost six years, so I knew it was going to be tough. So after about 4 coats, the stains finally started to dissolve on their own, but there were plenty of marks that required some elbow grease and a brush. In the end, it worked, but if you're like me and have stubborn stains...you might as well mix your own bleach/water solution.

I was skeptical using the product thinking it couldn't be as easy to use as it says. Well it is. The Green mold came off in one 10 minute application. I used a second application for the tougher black mold and left on for 20 mins. The photos are the worst areas that were visible enough for a photo.

Good stuff. Spray on. A light brushing and heavy Mold diappears. Not overly impressed with results on concrete. I did 2 walls that needed brushing and one i was able to just spray and rinse.

Wow!! This product actually does what it claims to do! I used it this past weekend on one side of my house and it worked wonderfully. I did have to spray one area a second time to get all of the grime off but it worked. I am pleasantly surprised it worked so well because i just knew i was going to have to powerwash the house.

This stuff is amazing! Some areas required multiple applications due to the severity of the mildew on my shed and fence, but washed off with no hands on action required. Better than advertised. Great stuff! Wont use anything else.

I bought this product with a little doubt in my mind that it would work. I was so shocked at the result. FANTASTIC PRODUCT. I give it 5 stars
