Amazing!!!!
I honestly expected it not to work. Look!!! One application and I let it sit for about 10-15 minutes. Then rinsed with a regular nozzle on my hose. I literally watched the stuff fall off the bricks!!!

Formulation Works, But the Sprayer Mechanisms Have Problems - 3 stars for the Idea
Mold Armor FG51164 E-Z - Formulation works, but not the Sprayer Mechanisms; 3 Stars for the Idea.... I've used this before and had dripping from the hose attachment, but this time the part of the bottle neck that attaches the sprayer to the bottle just popped off. No way to continue spraying nor re attach. So, I hunted up a small multi purpose spray bottle and tried. That did not spray far enough. So, ended up dumping the left over on the mossy sidewalks it wasn't meant for & helped a little with that. Was left with 1/2 washed home, but left with water for the rest. Wear clothing you don't care about at all. Bleach spots from leaks. Most hose attached sprayers do leak a little or a lot!

Doesn’t work on stucco
Doesn’t work on stucco, I applied it twice per instructions and it didn’t do a darn thing. I can see it easily removing mildew from siding, but doesn’t kill or remove the mildew that is in porous material. I guess I will have to get out the pressure washer. Plus, I’m returning the remnants back to Home Depot.

Better Than We Expected
Even though we clean our two story colonial every year due to light vinyl siding and shade, it was pretty bad. We bought this product hoping to make things easier than what we've been doing. We sprayed it on and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Wearing eye protection and gloves is a MUST! We then tried rinsing it off but the spray from the bottle was kind of weak. We then switched to a regular hose and nozzle and it started coming off but you have to get close and really blast it. There was quite the difference but it needed another coat of the product. When we did the rinsing again, my husband used a long handled soft brush and brushed some of the harder spots while I sprayed. We were surprised by how good it looked after the second coat. We would highly recommend this product. Again, do NOT do this without eye protection or gloves and never on a windy day.

It's not quite as 'EZ' as it claims. It does loosen some of the mold to be rinsed away, but not all. So, I applied it, let it sit for 10 minutes and used a long-handled deck brush to scrub the stained areas. I initially used the 'rinse' setting on the bottle but found that using a spray nozzle on the hose with a stronger water stream rinsed better. I did have to go back with the deck brush a couple times in a few spots, but it wasn't too difficult. While not as pristine as it would be using a power washer, overall, I'm very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend this product. Pictures of the front of the house before and after for comparison.

Doesnt work on my mold
Used on the north end of the house. Sprayed it on waited 10 minutes or more. Tried to spray it off using the bottle. Didn't touch the mold. Also the TV ads show you being able to use it up to a second story, this got up maybe about 12 feet. And to do that you are almost shooting it straight up which means it can come back down in your face. I put on a motorcycle helmet just in case and did have some drops on the visor.
In the end I pulled out a long handled boat brush and used that to scrub off the mold lower down. But what was the point? If it worked as advertised that should not be necessary. I even switched out to my regular hose nozzle which worked a bit better but still did not remove all or much of the mold.

highly recommend
We bought put home about two years and it has an old wooden fence (at least 10 years old) that has NEVER been cleaned. We have toyed with replacing it, but I thought I would try and salvage it. I just started today and thrilled with the results! Years of mold washed off (I did use a hard bristle scrub brush for the tough areas). I can’t wait to see the finished project now!

Product works as described.
No need for having to use the power washer. Follow the directions and you won't be disappointed.. The end sprayer does reach the peak of my 2 story home, no problem. I am on city water and the pressure also helps in the distribution of the product. Will I purchase the product again, yes I will.

Removed Stains / Damaged Windows!
This product removed the mildew from our siding but every window now has streaks that cannot be removed! I have tried every cleaing product to remove the streaks and all have failed. If you slide your finger on the window you can feel slickness when coming in contact with the streak left by the cleaner. Has anyone else experience this?
